In this video we will discover what are the things that women do that guys love, that draw a man closer to you, makes him desire, even obsess over you, to want you for a loving long term relationship. And what are also the things that may be subtly pushing a man away, causing him to lose interest, leave the relationship, or in fact just simply reject you? We want to avoid that. So I'm Brody Boyd with Magnetize youe man. And for over 20 years, combined with my wife Antia, we've been helping thousands of successful women to get the relationship of their dreams. So, so let's go ahead and dive right in. Number six is expressing genuine appreciation. When you appreciate a man, you allow him to feel good. You allow him to see that he's winning, that he's able to make you happy, he's able to make your heart sing, he's able to do a good job. And that's the fundamental masculine drive in any relationship, is the man wants to know if he cares about you, am I making my woman happy? If he doesn't feel like he's able to make you happy, then he's going to suddenly feel like he's losing as a man, that he's a failure, in fact, a man that he simply can't do enough, he can't do a good job. And what's the point of him even being in the relationship? Because he obviously can't win, he can't make you happy. So in order to provide that positive reinforcement, you want to focus on even the small, little tiny things that he's doing that you appreciate, that you like, that make you feel good. And the key with appreciation is you actually want to let him know how he makes you feel. So not just simply saying thank you or I appreciate you or but letting him know how he's affected your heart. So you would share things like I feel so safe when I'm around you, or I feel so good when you take care of me like this. Or I feel so happy when we get to spend time together and go on these adventures. Or when he solves problems for you so you let him know how he's actually making you feel, what emotions are there, Is it joy? Is it happiness? Is it gratitude? Is it safety? Is it pleasure? Is it fun? Is it excitement? Is it, is it just relaxation and calmness, comfort? Let him know those raw emotions because that's what's going to stimulate his male instinct to know he is winning, he is doing a good job and he's going to want to do more of Those things, he's going to feel good, he's going to be valued in the relationship and feel that he has a sense of meaning and purpose, which is another fundamental masculine desire, masculine drive. And you can actually provide that for him in the relationship that makes him stay and stick around long term. Number five is to be receptive and open. This means receiving his masculine gifts, receiving the things that he does want to give to you and provide for you and offer to you as your protector, provider, hero. So the feminine energy is all about receptivity. Receiving the masculine energy is all about giving and providing. So if you catch yourself giving to a man, providing for him, trying to make him happy, you are actually in the masculine role. You're not being receptive and open. You are leading, you're directing, and you are giving from your masculine energy. Instead, you have to stop that, stop the bad behavior, quote, unquote, stop the madness. There's an old saying, if you find yourself in a hole, stop digging. You just got to stop that. And then allow yourself to be open and receptive to his gifts. And you could even encourage that within him by actually asking for help, for advice for him to solve a problem for you, but doing so respectively and openly and vulnerably, while being detached from the outcome. These are one of the some of the powerful principles we teach with magnetic feminine communication in a lot of our courses in our coaching. But the idea is, how can you communicate in a way that inspires him to want to give to you, to want to provide, and to want to be in his masculine because then you expand the polarity. Because through the law of polarity, opposite energies attract. When you are in your feminine receptivity and openness, you inspire him to. To want to give to you, to want to provide, and to want to lead from his masculine core. That increases the attraction, that increases the chemistry and the passion in the relationship and draws him closer to you, makes it like he is a magnet coming closer, wanting to provide, wanting to do more. Because now he gets to step into that role fully, which will feel good to his masculine core that he can step into that role. And you'll want to do that more and more for you. Number four is to share your emotions vulnerably. So all of your emotions are beautiful. And a masculine man wants to feel your heart. The key is to share the raw feelings vulnerably and authentically without whacking him on the head with those feelings or trying to use your feelings and emotions to try to control him. So when you share Your feelings, vulnerably, you are detached from the outcome because the feminine energy is detached from the outcome. The masculine energy is getting outcomes and making things happen. So when you share your feelings, the good and the bad, whether that's joy or happiness, like we talked earlier about in appreciation, or it could be in fact sadness, anger, pain, fear, anxiety, neediness, insecurity, grief, shame, guilt, etc. So there's a whole range of emotions within you that is the feminine energy. The feminine energy is like the weather. There's beautiful skies and blue skies and sunny days, and then there's also cloudy, windy, stormy days. But the beauty of nature is we get to witness all of it. And that's what a man wants. A man wants to connect to that earthy, feminine, flowing energy within you. He wants to feel it as long as you're not directing it towards him. That would be like him being able to witness the beautiful showers and a rainbow versus a tsunami coming at him and destroying everything, destroying the buildings. And that's where we teach you in feminine communication, how to share openly and vulnerably in a way that isn't putting your emotions onto him. So an example of this would be saying something like I feel sad. So I feel. Statements are very powerful. Being able to just simply say I feel sad or I feel anxiety or I feel grief and to not to pause, to not do anything with that, to not putting, put it on him as if he has to do something with that, but to respectfully share that with him. Usually asking permission first to allow, to make sure he's in a good space, to receive your emotions, your raw feelings, and to actually help with that and give you his attention, give you his provision of wanting to solve the problem or wanting to make you feel better. Allow him to feel that and then give it up to him to step in from his masculine leadership, as opposed to saying, you're making me feel sad or you're making me feel anxious or when you said this to me, it was very hurtful. That's putting it onto him and that's blaming him and that's using your emotions to try to manipulate him, to get an outcome, to get him to change, to get him to do something, to get, get him to stop doing something. That is coming from masculine energy and it's actually controlling him, trying to control him, leading, which is masculine, as opposed to simply sharing vulnerably, because the feminine is open, the feminine shares vulnerably. The masculine is solving problems and getting outcomes and making things happen with those feelings. That you've shared, and he's listening and he's paying attention, and he's wanting to help and be your hero. So to be able to share your emotions openly and vulnerably, that's going to be very compelling to a man, and it's going to allow him to connect to your heart. Because a masculine man doesn't actually have a strong connection to his own heart. The more masculine he is, the less he has a connection to his own emotions and his own feelings. He's more like a shell, like in tango. He's the lead holding the frame, leading you, leading the relationship forward, protecting, providing. And then you are the vessel. You are like a surrogate for his emotions, where he gets to feel your heart, he gets to feel his own heart through your heart. He gets to empathize, he gets to connect with it. He gets to understand what it's like to feel, you know, feelings like anxiety, fear, joy, happiness, pleasure, et cetera. So by sharing all of your emotions with him, you allow him to connect to your heart, to feel you, and that inspires him to want to connect to you and to want to be your partner, to want to be your hero, to want to help, to want to cherish those emotions and cherish your heart, ultimately, because now he can actually feel your feminine energy and your feminine core. Number three is to encourage his leadership. This means allowing him and inspiring him and encouraging and motivating him to start to take the lead in your relationship. This means leading you. This means leading the relationship and of course, leading himself in a powerful, mature way that is showing care for you, care for the relationship, and care for himself. Just like in a dance. In a dance, when a man is leading, he's leading and he's guiding you for your pleasure and for his pleasure and for the pleasure of the dance and maybe the whole room getting to witness that dance. So he's doing a lot of things when he is leading. And it takes a lot of energy, it takes a lot of effort, it takes a lot of consciousness and awareness to make sure you're not bumping into somebody else when he's leading you, or that he's accidentally causing you to trip or that he's not leading well. He's not following the beat of the music, he's not following the rhythm properly, and it becomes like a stilted dance, becomes unenjoyable for you. So you want to encourage him to start leading and to start practicing being a leader in your relationship and making decisions and planning things and organizing and solving problems. And setting expectations and guiding the relationship forward. Now that I've said all these things, I want you to check in with yourself and notice. Have you been doing any of those things in your relationship? Have you been trying to lead the relationship forward towards the next level of commitment? Or the next time you're going to be hanging out, or the next conversation you're going to be having, or the next adventure you're going on, or what your plans are for a wedding, or for just your life in general, where you're going to live, what you're going to do, pets, etc. Family. Are you making those plans? Are you organizing things? Are you making those big decisions? Are you guiding him and suggesting things to him and sending him reminders and telling him what to do? Potentially, that is all from the masculine energy. And that's going to kill his ability to be the leader. Because think of leadership like this. If you're in a car, one person is driving and one person is in the passenger seat. Same with like in an airplane. In an airplane, if you're in a private jet, you're in the back of the jet enjoying and sipping your margarita and listening to music and looking out the window at the Maldives while the pilot is flying the plane and making sure he's calculating everything correctly and that you're not going to crash and that you're going to land properly and you're going to land on time. So that's the masculine energy is the pilot. The feminine energy is in the back of the jet enjoying and having fun and getting excited for the trip. Same within a car. One person's driving, one person's the passenger. So notice which role you tend to be gravitating towards and trying to take over in your relationship with him. Because if you're the one driving the car, obviously he can't drive the car, he can't lead. He can't lead the relationship, he can't lead you. He can't even lead himself because he's just in the passive feminine role in the relationship. And by the way, femininity isn't always passive. It can be very active. But in that sense, he's following your lead, right? Just like in the dance, he would be the one following your lead. A woman in a dance isn't always passive. She's doing her own moves and she's twirling and doing things. It's a very active role. But the masculine is making the overall decisions of what's the next steps to move forward with. And so just notice if you're in that role, he can't. He can't lead. He can't do it. So you have to actually step out of the driver's seat and say, I would love it if you could take the lead on this. I feel it's so sexy when you make decisions like this, or when you plan our dates, or when you invite me to things, or when you're solving these problems, or when you're handling these issues that we have with our house, with taxes, with our relationship, with our health, whatever the issues might be that he's solving and taking the lead on and planning and organizing and strategizing, you're allowing him to take that masculine role so that he can start to provide and protect and be your hero. So stepping out of the driver's seat, encouraging him to take that lead, to start driving, to start making decisions. And yes, he'll probably make mistakes and he'll probably screw things up occasionally, but the only way he's going to be able to learn and get comfortable with that leadership position is you encouraging him, honoring him, revering him, appreciating him, admiring him, and respecting him for being in that role. Because again, the masculine energy, the masculine core's deepest desires are to be respected and to be trusted. Just like in a dance, the feminine's deepest desires are to be adored and to be cherished, which happens when a man is taking care of you, when he is doing things, when he is providing and trying to make you happy as best as possible. So you want to encourage him into that. You want to inspire him into that by asking for help, by asking for his leadership, by appreciating and admiring his leadership and ultimately being a good follow. Just like in the dance, you want to be that good follow, that is following his leadership when he does provide it. And if it doesn't feel good to you, of course you need to speak up and you need to say something vulnerably, using feminine communication, that will teach you. But if he's doing a good job, you want to simply allow him to do that good job and encourage him into that. And that's one thing that you will inspire him more and more into his masculine leadership. Number two is to be authentic and honest. And this means being real and honest, open and vulnerable with what's actually going on for you, specifically your problems, your desires, your needs. We already talked about your feelings, so there's different archetypes that we talk about in relationships and dating. One archetype that we often will mention is the doormat. So the Doormat is a woman who, the male version of this is called the nice guy. But it's an archetype of a person who doesn't speak up, who doesn't say anything, or who is very indirect, passive aggressive, potentially resentful, and is really just not being open and authentic and real with what's actually going on for them, how they're actually feeling. Instead, their priority becomes wanting to make the other person happy, stepping on eggshells or walking on eggshells. Like being very cautious and careful that I don't offend them, I don't rock the boat too much. I just want to please them and make them happy and do things for them. A lot of it actually ends up being masculine energy. But this idea of being inauthentic in the relationship is very hurtful to the relationship because it allows primarily it allows you to start resenting the other person, to start not feeling like your needs are being met and to start becoming a shell of a woman. Essentially because you're so busy pleasing other people that you're not getting any of that energy back in return. And they start to not respect you as well. Which is why we call it the doormat. They start to take advantage of the doormat, they start to walk on the doormat because you're not showing a value for yourself and within yourself, which we'll talk about in a bit. And then on the other side of the spectrum we have the bitch. We call it the archetype of the bitch or the male version is the asshole. And this is the. The woman who's very comfortable with speaking up. She is in fact going too far. Often she's telling the man what to do, she's commanding him, she's leading him. She's very aggressive, she's very self focused, overly self focused, making sure it's all about her and all about her needs and getting what she needs and what she wants and not even caring about what the man needs or wants or making sure that he's enjoying that connection. And so the bitch is also very repel. Can be repelling as well and desirable to the male psyche, the male system. It's very, it can be abrasive, it can be jarring to be with long term and short term. It could be interesting, it could be because the. The often has a good job of maintaining her self value. But she's also missing the femininity piece. She's missing the warmth, she's missing the openness, the vulnerability that we talked about before. So the perfect balance is being The Queen. And the Queen is all about authenticity, openness and realness, but doing so in a gentle, respectful, feeling feminine and vulnerable way. So you're combining really the best parts of these two archetypes and bringing them together to where you are high value and your feminine at the same time. And so part of this is being willing to speak up and speaking up often, doing so respectfully and vulnerably that we teach with feminine communication how to actually get inspire a man to want, to help, to want to come closer and feeling your value at the same time, feeling that you're a high value woman, that you are worthy, that you are someone that he respects and admires and wants to come closer to. So to begin with, that, and a big piece of that is starting with the authenticity and the honesty with how you're actually feeling and being willing to share that with him respectfully and vulnerably so that he can get it. He understands most men are not mind readers. He needs to understand what's actually going on for you in your mind and in your heart and in your system so that he can actually help and provide. And number one is to maintain your self worth. This means building up your sense of self, building up your sense of deservingness and desirability. The way that you see yourself as a desirable woman, that any man would be lucky to be with you, that you are the queen, you are the prize, you are worthy, you are lovable, you are adorable, you're admirable, you are respectable. All the things that make you feel valuable because ultimately that's what it's all about, is you feeling like a valuable woman. A big piece of this is watching yourself talk and some of the affirmations and thoughts that I just gave you. When you find yourself feeling like you're not good enough or the man is not interested in you, or that you're not desirable to a man, or you're not beautiful enough, you're not smart enough, or you're not desirable enough, attractive enough, whatever that might mean for you, that we reverse those thoughts and start to shift them into any man would be lucky to be with me. I'm amazing. I'm incredible. I love myself, I like myself. I'm beautiful, I'm amazing. I am a caring person. I have gorgeous legs, I have a great sense of humor, I'm caring to those that I care about. So start to compliment yourself, admire yourself, and look for those things you appreciate about yourself. We talked about appreciating your man earlier, but also what are the Things you appreciate about yourself, the character traits, the skills that you have, the abilities that you have, things about your physical appearance or things about accomplishments you've had in the past, things you've done with your family. Start to look at all those things that make you feel that you are a worthy woman. And then the next stage, after you've taken care of your mindset pieces, which this is all a big part of, what we also coach and teach with magnetic feminine polarity, is you then have to start matching that with your actions, matching that with your actions through self care and doing things that fill up your cup. Making sure you're setting boundaries with yourself, that you're setting boundaries with things that are unhealthy for you, unhealthy people, toxic situations, but also unhealthy behaviors. If you're finding that you're eating in unhealthy ways or eating unhealthy foods, or you're drinking too much alcohol or engaging in addictive behaviors, that you start to set boundaries with yourself around those things to show yourself that you're a high value woman, that you're not going to engage in those low value activities, things that bring you down, things that make you feel ultimately worse. It could be social media addiction and comparing yourself to other women or other people and comparing your life to them. Remember, you should only be comparing yourself to yourself ultimately and comparing your own life to your own life and looking at the progress and the improvements that you're making. But are you engaging with basic self care, taking walks in nature, taking care of your health, making sure your hygiene's in order, dressing in a way that makes you feel sexy and beautiful and desirable and valuable and attractive, Taking care of your hair, your makeup, taking care of your social relationships, your family, your friends. Are you spending time with your family and friends, the ones who lift you up, not the ones that are pulling you down and making you feel less than you got? Again, set boundaries with yourself and refuse to be around people long term or even or just in the short term who are bringing you down, who are not saying nice things or causing you to question your worth. You need to be around people that are lifting you up and believing in you and helping you. Which is why it's so important to be part of a community. Community, ideally a community of women who are lifting you up and one of the things we do with our coaching memberships, who really inspire you into a higher level, with the community of women who are expanding, who are growing, who are improving themselves and becoming better every single day. And mastering their relationships and mastering their femininity. So all these things and the actions you use are going to start improving your self worth. And then lastly it's going to be about the actions you take. Specifically with a man that you're interested in. Are you being the queen that we talked about earlier where you're able to speak up femininely and gracefully and warmly and share your real feelings and your real thoughts with him and your desires and your needs in the right way, which would be using magnetic feminine communication? Are you able to actually communicate properly so that a man is inspired to want to help you? Because simply sharing how you're actually feeling and doing the things that show that you're a high value woman causes you to be more of a high value woman. You're proving to yourself with your actions that you are feminine and you're high value, that you're willing to speak up, that you communicate properly, that you're taking care of yourself. Those actions actually change your mindset and show to wow, I must be a high value woman because I'm doing the things that a high value woman does. So I must be worthy. I must be good enough because I spoke up, I shared that fear that I had, I share that insecurity that I had. I told him what was going on within my heart. I was vulnerable, I was respectful. So you're proving to yourself that you are worthy of a man's care. Especially when you do things like ask a man for advice or ask for his help, ask for his attention, ask for the things that you want, but doing so respectfully, you inspire him to want to give you those things. And that even reinforces it within you. When you start becoming surprised and shocked by how much a man actually wants to give to you and wants to do for you, it becomes this fun journey that you want to continue doing more and more of and you get yourself on this self worth upward spiral like this positive roller coaster that just keeps going higher and higher and your relationship just keeps getting better and better and you're like lifted up on this cloud of high self worth, high life worth. Your life becomes a life worth living and your relationship becomes incredible because of who you're being and the actions and the thoughts and the behaviors you've actually taken in the past that show that you are high value.
