In this Spanish‑language lyrical excerpt, performed by a single speaker during a Bachata Sensual demonstration at the Budapest Bachata Festival 2024, the narrator bares a wounded heart and a dark past. The monologue weaves vivid metaphors of pain, love as venom, and a desperate plea for divine relief. It oscillates between a yearning to be bold and a surrender to the intensity of love, describing the body as a battlefield where words become suffering. The speaker implores God to close the source of anguish, highlighting the emotional turbulence that underpins the sensual dance performance.
