St. Stephen’s Basilica English choir shared folders in Google drive - Intro Tutorial

In this introductory tutorial, Mario Sebok, SCPM, MBA, PMP®, walks choir members through the organization of the choir’s shared Google Drive. He explains that the drive contains top‑level folders for the ten Ordinary Sunday liturgy structures, Lenten songs, and closing songs, as well as separate concert folders (e.g., Easter concert, wedding of Misha and Sanka). Within each concert folder are subfolders for music sheets and per‑voice audio recordings (tenor, other voices). For ordinary Sundays, each folder holds the song titles (e.g., “Glory to God, we praise your glorious name”) together with the corresponding sheet music and voice recordings. He demonstrates a concrete example: the Sunday of 16 July, showing a song list with shortcuts linking directly to the sheet and the tenor/other‑voice recordings. The purpose is to help choir members locate scores and recordings efficiently; he invites questions for clarification.
