Here's the 4-part email structure I used to go from constantly getting ghosted to same-day bookings. So you can seer it. What, like it's hard? Part 1, the intro. 1 or 2 lines personalized to her, matching her tone and her energy. Something like, yay, I'm available for October 4th and I'm obsessed with your venue. Make her feel seen. Part 2, the body of the email. Answer what she asked and recommend your services that would fit best for her. Important, you wanna design it so it's skimmable. So you wanna bullet point out versus an essay or a huge wall of text and no robot voice, okay? Part 3, next steps. Tell her exactly what happens now. You can do it in bullet points, you can do it in step 1, 2, 3. Tell her what happens because you're available and you want her to book. So here's what it's going to look like. And part 4, the most important part, your CTA or call to action. One clear, confident action. You want to assume the sale. You don't just want to say, let me know if you have any questions. Guide her to secure her date. I walk through real before and after bridal inquiry emails using this exact framework in my latest YouTube video. Comment same day yes to go watch it before you respond to your next inquiry.
