EP 220: Everyone Has a "Million Dollar" Idea, But Very Few Actually Execute
16 Sept 2026 · 45 min
Mark Evans DM argues most entrepreneurs fail because they don't execute, not because they lack ideas. He shares 30 years of street-level tactics from real estate and building multi-million-dollar businesses, then critiques how young founders waste capital on ego purchases instead of customer acquisition.

Welcome to the making of a DM. Lazy or ignorance? All this show has me fired up. What I'm about to share with you is crushing the souls of many, many entrepreneurs, and I pray one is not you. So let's get into it. With that said, let's get started.
I'm Mark Evans deal. I'm Mark Evans deal. I'm here to help and teach them what I. What I know and how I did it to discover freedom. There ain't no question Mark Evans when he step in the doubt. He's closing deals. Time to tell them what the DM stand for. I'm a deal maker, a deal maker. But I'm not just a deal maker. I'm a dream maker.
Hey there, it's your boy Mark Evans, DM. That's right, you are the deal maker, dream maker of your life. Thank you so much for being here. Hope you have an absolutely amazing day. Today's show, I'm going to share a lot of stuff with you. Are they lazy or ignorant and/or just, just don't know? And the goal here with this show on the making of a DM is to simply give you insights, tips, tricks, and strategies to help you grow, build, have a better life, make a lot more money, make a bigger impact in all around. So I appreciate you being here. Thank you so much for all the amazing 5-star reviews and the shares on the show. It does mean a lot to me. It's amazing to me, and I'll share a lot of this today with you, but it's amazing to me that we have had hundreds of thousands of downloads and yet very small amount of those individuals actually share it. I can tell you exactly who shared the show last month because it's very little Compared to the level that it should be. It literally takes nanoseconds to share the show, tag me on the show, and then I reshare it and get you visibility. This game is not as hard as you think. I don't know why people don't stop for a second and share. It's free. It costs you nothing and it gets you more visibility. That's the real game we're all in. So please take a second, share the show if it makes an impact, makes you laugh, Gets you excited, gets you pissed off, makes you think bigger, whatever it is, share the show, let people know what's up. So today I'm sitting out in the treehouse. It's a little rainy. Uh, just got done listening to Travis Tritt. It's a good day to be alive. And I got a rodeo to go to tonight at 6 o'clock. I'm excited to take the family. Hopefully the rain goes away by then, but either way, We're going. So before I get started, I had a message come across on Tuesday, and it it's amazing. It really is awesome, actually. And it's why I do what I do, why I do the show, why I connect with people at different events and such. But I'll read it, and I'll leave the name anonymous and all that for obvious reasons. You'll hear why in a second. Hey Mark, I wanted to reach out to you and say thank you. We were around the campfire last night and my dad asked me who had the biggest impact on me over the years. I told them you were the first person who challenged me to think bigger, put myself in situations to force myself to level up, from buying my first lake house to doing email marketing for the first time. You may not know, but you had a big impact on my mindset early on. I come from a small town where everyone thinks small and you opened my eyes to a bigger world. Since then, I've done $100 million in affiliate sales, around $30 to $40 million in education sales, and definitely over $30 million in real estate. You're the one who got me to realize I need to own people's information and email them often. And now I do millions of dollars a year with affiliate marketing. Thanks for always being consistent as a leader. You put yourself out there daily and it impacts more than you probably know. Thanks, Mark. Think about that. What I just shared with you is literally why I do this. I get $0 out of that. I get 100% of joy out of it though. We all are building my job, 30+ years in the industry and business. And founding companies and building companies and failing at companies and selling companies and buying companies and everything in between is to instill my information into individuals. The problem with doing it for free is the percentage of people that actually implement it do nothing. Like, it's very, very minimum. Like, very, very minimum. People that actually pay, you only might get 5 or 10% of people that actually implement That pay. So it's wild to me that I've done 200-something shows here, hundreds of hours of free information to help you grow. And yet, if you're not growing, it's not because the information doesn't exist. It's because either you don't understand what you're hearing, or you're just too damn lazy to go execute it and get results. Whatever it is, It's unacceptable if you want big things in life. You must execute and implement things that can help you further your life. Now I'm going to share some real stuff with you today. As you know, in October 6th and 7th, I have an event going on at my farm. October 6th and 7th. If this is something that interests you, go on social media @MarkEvansDM and send me a message and say dealmaker. I will see that personally. And I will connect the information to you. It is a— I'm not selling this online. I'm not doing all that. I'm just saying, hey, if you're on this podcast show listening and you're serious, message me dealmaker@markevansdm, and I'll get you some details. During that time, I'm also going to be giving away $30,000 of my own personal money. $30,000 to 3 individuals. I'm going to give a $20,000 first prize. $7,500 second prize, and a $2,500 third prize. What I've been doing and learning about is I want to impact 18 to 26-year-old individuals, young founders, young entrepreneurs that are building their business. And over the last 2 and a half weeks, I've learned a lot from this process. Some of it's absolutely Mind-boggling surprising. The number one thing is most people don't simply fill out— take 2 minutes of their life to fill out a form that could literally get them access to not only just dollars, but people that's been there, done that for free. Me, Sanjay, Steve, Patrick, my lawyer Alex, etc. They could gain access to us for free. By participating in this, you can learn more about this if you're in Ohio and you're 18 to 26. You can learn about this at nextgendealmaker.com. nextgendealmaker.com. I'm actually running ads now to it. We're getting a lot of visibility, a lot of connections. I had my boy MJ go out to— he went, he went to 6 or 7 different college campuses in the entrepreneur area. Met a lot of great students that are looking to become to the next level of entrepreneurship. However, we're seeing a lot of these individuals; they're just not doing basic blocking and tackling the work. So that's the thing that like was really interesting to me, and I'm sharing this with you because this isn't just 18 to 26-year-old new companies. One thing we ask them, and this is very telling where individuals are at mentally, financially, etc. And I want you to learn here because you may be in this situation. I hope you're not, but if you are, we need to solve it quickly. So I asked them a question inside of the form, and the question is simple: If you won the grand prize of $20,000, what Would you do with the money? I'll ask you that first. If you got $20,000 today, what would you do with the money? What would you do with the money? You. Here's what some people said. Please listen to these answers. I would expand into a bigger warehouse. This will greatly increase my efficiency and profitability. throughout our operation, hopefully freeing up some capital so that we can staff. You're going to take $20,000 to get a bigger warehouse. Why? For this particular guy, if he had like— he needs like 500 square foot and he has 1,300. Why do you need a bigger warehouse? This is your ego, and this is your your your uneducated thought process. I spend more money, but I'm going to make more. How does that make sense with a warehouse? Spend money on marketing. Spend money on connections. Spend money on affiliates. Whatever. Get more jobs, right? Invest in my own product line. Now, I don't hate that, but the problem is you're only making $3,000 a month. You should be focused on growing revenue. You don't need a product line. This guy's in the the car business, like stereos and all that. I'm going to invest my time and energy and money to create a product today. Why I can't pay my bills today. See, guys, we have it twisted. Earn revenue, make profit, take that profit and build new lines if that's what you see fit. But there's this beautiful thing called timing. And when should I do that? Is it today? In this case, it's absolutely not today because all that energy, all that unfocusedness is time taken away from gaining new clients, taking care of the ones you have, learning about upselling, cross-selling, growing your organization. Get this thing to a million-plus dollars a year with an 18 to 25% profit margin, paying yourself, paying your team, building a real business, and then let's go focus on a product line. Too soon. Way too soon. One thing that's always interesting to me, an individual said, "I would use the money to make more money." Okay, well you make a thousand bucks a month. How do you do that? You don't. But I'm not saying this to be a dick, but it's the truth. You don't know how to do that. You've never done it. It sounds cool. I'd use money to make more money. Well, how? Twenty thousand dollars in the bank making four and a half percent interest. Is less than $1,000. That $1,000 at the level 1 where you're at does nothing to you. I could invest $20,000 in marketing, etc., etc., etc., gain more clients, get access to more whatever. I could turn $20 grand into $2 million. Timing— when? What does this shit mean? Truth is, most of you listening to my voice say stuff that's cool on a bumper sticker But you have no clue what it actually means. Many people said this, but I'll say this: I would make my place look nicer so that when people can come in, they can try things on, and we're still getting to know more about me. I'd also use it to advance my website. Again, her monthly revenue is less than $500 a month. Why do you have a shop? That costs money. Why wouldn't you be doing pop-up stores? I'd have a trunk and I'd have racks and I would be literally going to them and selling my clothing. I'm not going to spend money on a building or a unit And sit in there and wait for people to come in and see me. Not today. I don't even have real revenue. See, the thing is, is a lot of you are busy being busy. A lot of you are doing things and thinking you're doing something because you're investing money in this location or this or that. And listen, I'm all about locations, but the matter of when If no one comes into your location, you are so full of it, you're playing business, not being in business. It's disgusting. It's sad. Why would one think that's how this game really works? You have to be in the streets. You have to be shaking every business person's hands, every individual client's hand, every person that walks by your facility. You have to get them in your shop. Don't confuse activity with productivity. Another one: I'd get a shop. You get a shop? You don't need a shop, homie. You do you do on-site mechanic work, and oh by the way, you generate four grand a month. A shop doesn't make you more money. You going out and getting more clients, working in the field, understanding how business works makes you more money. Oh, oh, I'd invest more in my business, possibly open a shop. Why? This one individual said, I would take $20,000 and I'd buy clothes with it. I'd stock my shelves full. It'd be a boost to improve my business. Really, dude? We're in 2026. You can do print on demand, build like create products on demand, like for many years now. Adding $20,000 in clothes on your shelf does not make you more money. Actually. It could bleed you out. Cool, I have a, I have a cool off space with lots of clothes in it. Now what? Well, you got to sell it. I'm not saying you shouldn't have product where people could touch, feel, and see and all that stuff, but why would I need $20,000 of t-shirts unless you're selling mass production and selling a lot? You don't need that much product. I'd spend money on TikTok ads, Meta ads, etc. I like that. I like that. I like that. I'd buy more tools and invest in a warehouse that I can get. To do work in. Okay. Well, buying tools is good, probably depending what tools you need. However, let me just slide over here and see exactly. He takes dents out of cars. He needs more tools to do that. You don't really need more tools. You need more jobs, more clients. And then as you scale up, then you would buy more tools and hire more people. To do the job because you, you know, like need help, right? This was interesting. What would you do if you won twenty grand? I would put together a Thanksgiving and Christmas party for charity and give it all away for the homeless. I don't hate that, but if I'm trying to build a business. It's not smart because I could take 20 grand and help people one time, or I could take the 20 grand, use it on my business, make hundreds of thousands if not millions of dollars, and now I could do that plan every holiday for the rest of my life. See, the thing is, again, this is a timing issue. This is an uneducated response. His his heart's in the right place, but the strategy is flawed drastically. Being poor doesn't help the poor, FYI. Yeah, but Mark, I fed blah blah blah blah amount of people. Amazing, but you can only do it once. Let's take that twenty grand, put into marketing, go do what you're great at. Make money, build business, create revenue, take that revenue, and then go do these charitable things. You might have to wait a year or 2 or 3 or 5, but yet when you do that with the right mindset, the right plan, now you can do this forever and impact way more lives. Understand where you're at in the journey or the season or the cycle, whatever you want to call it, and execute accordingly. This person said, "I would get a new sign." A new sign with twenty thousand dollars. Now I have signs on some of my pro well on all my properties. Many of cost twenty to thirty grand, but they're huge signs. They're million dollar projects, and it's something I like to do because it sets the tone for the kind of. Tenants I want. However, this individual is only generating a thousand to fifteen hundred bucks a month. A sign does not make you more money. You letting people know what you do and doing a great job and getting more people in your pipeline makes you more money. Wild to me. Wild to me. This individual said I'd invest in networking and marketing to get higher-end clients. Well, you can do that already, bro. You can do that already for free. This guy does tech and he says he's trying to do affordable tech. This is what I see often with individuals like this. They want affordable tech, and they sell to broke people.
Huh!
Wonder why I'm not making much money, and a sign doesn't solve that. Think about that. You sell where you're at in the journey if you don't have wherewithal. But Mark, that's too expensive. Says who? You and 3 other people you talk to that you hang out with. There's high, there's high-level buyers in all categories. And you're not telling me in tech that there's not people spending real money. I spend millions of dollars a year in tech, millions across all of our companies. But this guy's trying to help affordable tech, but he needs a sign to do that. No, you need to market match your your product, and you need to go out in the field and talk to people, shake hands, kiss babies, be a value add to the marketplace. You're not telling me these local entrepreneur clubs or local groups would not love to have a tech individual in their room teaching their audience. How to get more out of their business through tech. You go up there and you do that for free. You talk to 2 to 20, 30, 50, 100, 1,000 people, however many people you can get in front of, share value. And as soon as you get off stage sharing value, you're going to be inundated with opportunity. And it's not going to be people looking for the cheapest opportunity. It's going to be people looking for a solution, period. Solve The problem. If I could solve your million-dollar problem and help you make an extra million dollars this year, are you worried about if it's $10 or $100? You don't care. Solve my problem. Understand who you're selling to and understand what the opportunity value is for that. Now listen, if I'm selling grandma down the street, 93 years old, that's trying to learn AI, And she wants to sit beside me. Well, there might be a cap to that. However, if she's 95 trying to learn AI, she may be semi-resourceful and have some cash because she's a progressive. So what is that worth to you, Grandma? How much is that worth to you? My time is valuable. She's like, well, I would pay $500 an hour for that. Perfect. That's where I'm at. Understand who you're selling to. Don't sell to your broke ass. Don't sell to your broke friends that are never going to buy anything anyways. Sell to— sell the product to the individual that you can solve a problem with that makes money or makes their life easier. Know what you're selling. More importantly, know what you're solving. It's so simple. But yet I need a sign, right? I need to network in events. I would invest in a new machine and I'd further my education. I don't hate that, right? This is always interesting to me. What does he do? Uh, oh, so they move, they move equipment, they move, uh, people out of houses. So they're like laborers. I would instantly invest in a work truck and computer, a good amount of inventory for the clothing line now and uniforms for my team. Bro, it's you. You generate $800, like $1,000 a month. I want to share something with you. Everything I'm sharing with you is real, and it's real time. These are messages I'm getting today, 2026, and it's sad and confusing to me. Why? Because everything I just shared with you, I've heard it from all levels. I need this before I do that. I need this before I do that, but I can't do that until I get this. Or maybe you're just too damn lazy or too dumb, damn stupid to look at it differently. You aren't, of course, but that's why you're here to learn. I have generated many millions of dollars with no spreadsheets, no computer software, no iPhone, no ads online like PPC, no social media. No money to take down the house even.
How?
Well, it's simple. I got my ass up and I went to meetings. I shook hands. I kissed babies. I high-fived people. What's up? What do you got going on? I'm a dealmaker. I'm looking for deals. What kind of deals you got? Single families, residential, 3-bed, 2-bath, 1-bed. What do you have? I printed flyers down cheaply. White flyers, black and white. Just print them cheap as possible. I buy houses. I buy houses. I buy houses. What do you do? I fucking buy houses. I don't need a computer to buy houses. I don't need a spreadsheet to buy houses. I don't need an iPhone to buy houses. I buy houses. Bandit signs. Hundreds of thousands of these put over tens of thousands over the years. Start off with 100. I buy houses. Phone number. Put them everywhere.
Me.
I did that work. Stick them in the ground, on the corners, at the 4-way stops. Put them in the markets that you're buying in. I buy houses. Fast cash, fast close. Call now. I do that. This is like $2 a sign. $2.25, $2.50. I don't know what it is now, but less than $3. 100 signs, $300. You're getting calls. Flyers, I could print thousands, go around, put them in people's doors, put them on people's windshield wipers. I buy houses, fast cash, fast close, call now. I had this beautiful thing called a phone, a flip phone. Or an office phone. Call that number. I answered the phone. I didn't use an answering service. I answered the phone. I didn't use AI. I answered the phone. And then I had this beautiful, beautiful system with a pad and paper and a pen. I simply grabbed the piece of paper and I write down Nancy Johnson, 123 Anytown Street, Columbus, Ohio. Selling reasons, motivated, not motivated, inherited. What's the situation, Evans? One piece of paper with a pen that works. Simply write down and then a contract. Nancy, your house is worth $100,000. I'm in for $70,000. I love it. I can close quick. I didn't even have the $70,000. But I knew people wanted to buy for 75, 80. I'd contract the deal, sign it up, and sell the deal. I make 5 grand, 3 grand, whatever. Too many of you are using what you don't have as an excuse to go get what you can get today. I don't need stuff to meet a person to get me get to do a deal. I own a telehealth company, testosterone. Yes, we have cool ads. Yes, we have cool website. I don't need all that shit to sell you testosterone. Those are icing on the cake. Those are benefits. Those are bonuses, and it's a pain in the ass and very expensive to set up. You start off gorilla. Meet someone, dude. I'm sloppy. I'm overweight. I'm sleepy. I'm blah blah blah blah. Have you ever tried testosterone? You're 42 years old. What's your levels? I don't know. Well, let's do this. Let's start with blood panels. Start there. I'll get you on the phone with so and so. They'll connect. You guys go from there. What else you up to, bro? Sell it. Help people. Stop being so damn selfish that you think you need all this shit to do what you're supposed to do. Get your ass out in the streets. Meet people. Yes, I sound frustrated because I am. Because your dreams are on the other side of everything I'm sharing with you. You could literally, literally change your life today. By simply doing what I'm saying. Bullshit AI. I'm not even doing AI.
I don't.
It's a distraction today for me. Softwares, Slack. How is it you guys have all this amazing shit and you still can't make money? Well, because it's not those things. It's you. I know it hurts your feelings, but it's the truth. It's you. And if you're crushing it, you know exactly this is the truth. Oftentimes having too many of these things hurts your business because it's too overwhelming. It's too complex. Complexity kills all this shit. Wake up, get in the market, know who you're selling to, know what your value prop is, know what you're solving. And go sell it. I don't care if it's roofing. I don't care if it's tree trimming. I don't care if it's dental practice. I don't care what industry you're in. It doesn't matter if you're selling clothing like some of these people are. Grab your best shit and take it to the market. Go where your people are at. Find the influencer in that market and hook them up. Let them be the walking billboard for your products. Let them be the loudmouth. Give them a free t-shirt and let them talk about it on social media to their blah blah blah amount of people. Have it linked back to you and go get money. Yo, can we do a live? Yo, can we do an event at your place? Yo, can we do the cross-collaborate with people that have what you need? Attention, eyeballs, authority. Direct— like, that's what you need more of. You are so close to a whole nother future. Is it lazy or ignorance? Seriously, what is it? Do you just not know what I'm talking about, or are you just so damn lazy that you've created these stories? I need this. It's like saying I'm not going to the gym to lose weight until I lose 40 pounds.
What?
How's that work? The way to lose 40 pounds is to get your fat ass off the table— the couch and go to the gym. That's how it starts. It's not easy. It's not fun. It's not exciting, but it's the only way. No one is coming to save you. I have nothing to sell you. I'm telling you the truth. Get serious about this game. Get serious about what you're really solving. If you're not willing to sell any and everybody what you offer, change the offer. You don't have what it takes. In my health company, it's for everybody. My real estate company, for everybody. My fintech, for everybody that has a business. If I'm not willing to talk to you about helping you make your life better, more profitable, financially set, whatever, or healthier, whatever this— I would be not in the category. I'd get out. And I've done that before where I'm like, dude, I don't—
I—
it's whatever. There's lots of— I, I'm just not into it. It's Mickey Mouse. I went bigger, bigger environments, bigger opportunities, bigger results for everybody. We all need solutions, right? There's people there that have dumpster companies, to people have clothing line companies, people have tech companies, people that have software like, uh, app tech, you know, all that. People have power washing companies, people have education companies, except everything in between. It's all important. The question is Is it really solving a real problem? And are you willing to sell it to every single person you meet? If not, get out of business today. And real, like literally, I could be in a restaurant of a thousand people, could be loud as hell, and I hear people over three, four, five, ten tables over, and I hear. You know, I'm getting ready to retire and I have $380,000 in my IRA and I don't know how I'm gonna make my— Boom. I'm talking to them. Hey, not to be rude, but I just overheard you have $380,000 in an IRA and you're not sure how to use it. Have you ever heard of self-directed IRAs? Have you ever thought about getting into real estate with that? I'm not saying you do the work, but be the bank. Huh? You can do that? That's not illegal. Nope. I've done thousands of deals like that. Actually, my son's the youngest IRA holder in the world. My daughter, we, we invest in deals with their IRA every day. You can do that? Absolutely. Not only that, is it a self-directed Roth or self-directed traditional? What do you mean? Well, Roth is tax-free. Traditional's tax-deferred. Let me ask you a question. Do you think taxes are going up or down?
Ha ha ha!
Going up. Exactly. So we need to create a strategy to help you do that. I'm right here. I know you're here for dinner. I'm here for dinner. I just overheard you. I'm here to help. Here's my information. My cell phone. I'll give you my cell phone number right now. I'm not giving you to a staff member. I'm not giving you to the fucking AI technology. Me, me, the guy you're talking to right now. Call me, text me anytime. Let's close this up. Let me help you change people's lives, bro. You can do that if you're not already doing it. I'm sick and tired of seeing people use the things they don't have for why they can't get what they need. It's all out there. I've never, ever, ever bought from someone because they have amazing software. Never bought from someone because I have the next best whiz-bang iPhone. Never bought someone because they have the next best fucking office building or whatever warehouse. Solve my problem, dude. My my technicians come to my house fixing my HVAC. I don't. The true story. He just came here and fixed. I just met him. My assistant takes care of all this stuff. I was at the house randomly, and I was like, "Yo, man, what's up, dude? Great. How many people work for your company?" Asking him to make his life better. I genuinely am taking an interest in him. I like him. He's like, "It's just me and this guy. We're starting out. It's our first year." I'm like, "It's awesome, dude." What? Like he's. I was like, "What do you got after this?" Oh, we're going back to the shop. I'm like, "You got a shop? Your first year? You got a shop?" with one truck and 2 guys. That's mind-boggling to me. I wouldn't spend any money on a shop because I don't need it. You're HVAC tech in the field. And what's even crazier, he has a very nice shop that he's paying 2.5x of what everyone else pays. True story. Don't confuse What you like, but again, this is ego. I need the best building. I need the best sign. I need the best business cards. I need the best website.
For what?
You haven't even made money. Let's let's get let's provide the best service, the best value, the best results for our clients first. All that other stuff will come if I just do those things, and it'll be way bigger, and it'll be way easier. It'd be way better. Why? Because I'll actually have money. I'll have clients. I'll have revenue coming in. I'll be building a real business. I won't be playing business. I will be a business. Big difference. And as we're talking, I have my guys come here and clean my cars. If a car cleaner guy's like, man, I need a nice shop to clean cars or no one will trust me. I don't even want to take my car. Come to me. Charge me triple. Charge me triple. Know who you're selling to. Know what problem you're solving. Understand how to market and sell that. Now, if I'm selling that kind of service, for example, I'm not hanging out at Applebee's for happy hour, half-off appetizer, and all that other bullshit for cheapskates. that don't even care about that stuff. However, any executive, any big-time business owner, or, you know, athletes, etc., they are not driving their car to a car wash. They're having people come to them. FYI, in Florida, in Ohio, and all over the country for that matter, I, I, I can't even remember the last time I've been to a car wash. I mean, 10+ years. They come to me. You have to really think about what you're trying to accomplish in this game. Assign technology warehouse. All these things are like, are they great to have? Yes, but dot dot dot when phase one of the game is not needed. I was literally living at my parents' house at 18 years old with a landline, running my gutter company and doing real estate. 18, living with my parents until I was 19 years old. And then when I left, I don't think I had an office for the first 5 or 6, 7 years. My office was my garage, my dad's garage. And if you've ever watched my documentary, I take you into it. It's literally the garage with a room. That's why I ran jobs back at pen and paper. Actually, it was carbon copy, right? It was 3 carbon copies: white, yellow, and green, or whatever they were. You are creating so much complexity and so many road barriers to get to the goal that you actually could do. If you would just do the work and meet people and do a great job, you will make a lot of money. All the other things—the truth is you have too many options now. Honestly, in 96 when I was starting, none of this shit existed. Distractions on social media didn't exist. You have it easier, but yet harder if you don't have wherewithal of what you're trying to do. I get it. It's overwhelming, but your anxiety will go down drastically if you get a piece of paper and you write down who your target audience is, what problem you're solving, what pricing you're going to do, And what you're going to do this week. If you talk to 100 prospects in your category and you sell them, you will do more than ever setting up a whiz-bang CRM, whiz-bang ad campaign, all this other shit. If you can't take initiative and do this, I promise you, you will never be big time. You will never accomplish what you're capable of ever. Because you'll always have, I need this before I do that. I need this before I do that. I need this before I do that. I definitely need this before I do that. Oh, I couldn't do that until I had this. That's not a business problem. That's a you problem. And you're better than that. I hope this show is informative because I can tell you right now, There's so many people way dumber and way more just like they, they just don't know any better. I.e., this was me. I just executed and I did the work. I didn't talk about it. I didn't think about it. I did it. It's what got me to this point. All this other stuff is benefits if you know how to benefit from it. If not, it's a distraction. We're going to go in deep detail on October 6th and 7th at my farm in Geneva with a couple, like 120, 150 people. You'll meet the DM family, the DealMaker Alliance people. It's not for everybody. It's only if you're interested in joining the DealMaker Alliance, actually. It's a great qualifier to see what, you know, see what the tribe looks like. See what we're talking about, see how we're talking, who we're talking with, what's going on. You'll see magic in the room. If you're not where you want to be, it's not because it doesn't exist. It's because you might not have the, the framework or the model in your brain yet. And I need to bring you in a room and show you how to do this because the time is now. What are you waiting for? It's now. Shoot me a message on social media @MarkEvansDM and just say dealmaker. I'll know exactly. This is the only show I'm talking about it. The only offer I'm making. Dealmaker.
That's it.
And if you know anybody 18 to 26 that has a business with at least one customer, the September 30th is the last day applications happen. Get over to nextgendealmaker.com. Again, nextgendealmaker.com. Help me give away $30,000 of my money. My money. I'm doing it. I get no equity. I'm not looking for any. I genuinely want to help the young entrepreneurs that are growing. And you can help be a part of that by simply posting it, sharing it, introducing someone to it. Whatever you need to do, stop overcomplicating execution. It's not hard. So I appreciate you being here. I'm excited to see you October 6th and 7th. Get in the room. It's now or never. If not now, then when? Why, why wait? Oh, I'm busy. We're all busy. Well, the stars haven't lined up. They'll never lining up. Well, I'm not ready. You'll never be ready. Well, that room's too big for me. I'm scared. Get over it. Put yourself in the room. Qualify yourself. Stop waiting for someone to save you. Stop waiting for someone to validate you. Get your ass in the room. It's simple. Show up. Go to my Instagram @MarkEvansDM and type in dealmaker. Message me. If you don't hear back from me, message me again because it probably went to spam. But 100%, you're a killer waiting to be unleashed. Get in the right room and let's crush it together. So with that said, make today count. Peace.
Help and teach 'em what I, what I know and how I did it to discover freedom. There ain't no question, Mark Evans, when he step in the doubt, he's closing deals. Time to tell 'em what the DM stand for. I'm a deal maker, a deal maker, but I'm not just a deal maker, I'm a dream maker.
