Emphasis is on community engagement, fundraising, and a multi-year process toward creating a sovereign community.
This Neo think network state and then they can become part of that community. And as part of that community, they'll see what it's all about and how it's going to happen. And they'll have a community where people can talk and they can discuss and do crowdsourcing. And we can find ways to raise the money, the funds needed to eventually purchase this land. Once we get enough people and enough funds to go out and purchase land, and then from there we would work.
Toward establishing sovereignty. So it's a process. I put it in as my 10 year plan. 10 years go by very quickly.
