A short YouTube monologue by Mark Hamilton arguing that most people passively accept given job responsibilities rather than treating a job as an opportunity to rise in a company. He urges listeners to adopt a proactive mindset and directs them to his free newsletter at neothink.com for tools and further guidance.
You know, most people just think, okay, this is it. They're presented with something, and then they just receive it. And that's how their mind works. They just say, okay, I'm given by a boss a list of responsibilities. Okay, I just need to do this. As opposed to looking at their job and saying, wait, this isn't good enough for me. Yeah, I'll do these responsibilities, but I got to think of a way to rise up in this company. And like I said, I provide all the tools. Go to neothink.com get on my newsletter for free.
