Guilt is the predominant tool designed to control and subjugate you, used by the malevolent, powerful, influential class. Be aware of their use of guilt and dump it off your back. Whenever you feel the omnipresent guilt that you are somehow a bad person or inherently bad, I want you to rise above it. I ask you to replace that burden by focusing on and feeling pride in yourself for all the good you have done and that you now do. You are valuable, the most important value in the universe. I have always said that the shortness of life amplifies the rightness of happiness. Don't let the parasitical elites get you down any longer.
