Mark Hamilton argues that government regulations act as 'initiatory force'—an immoral imposition backed by coercion—burdening industries such as energy and health. He contrasts this with his vision for a 'new country Immortalis' in which regulatory functions are replaced by business-driven mutual value exchange, eliminating regulatory bureaucrats.

And how does a ruling class operate? How do they come in and burden the energy industry in America? It's through regulations. Backed by what? Backed by force. That's initiatory. That's not self defense force. That's initiatory force. That means initiating force on businesses, on citizens who gave them the right to do that. That's immoral. And in the new country immortalis, there will not be regulatory bureaucrats, there'll be mutual value exchange type of regulatory, where they will present to the public how helpful, how beneficial, and if something's harmful, it will be noted. But it's all a mutual value exchange. It's all business driven. It's all free enterprise driven. Nothing is these people who are just granted power to come in and use initiatory force on, say, the energy industry, or use initiatory force on, say, the health industry or any other industry.
