Yeah, I want to get into what just happened. Last weekend I went to my first rad fest and hold on a second, we're readjusting the laptop here. So yeah, we were. It was my first rad fest And Wallace again, what does that rad fest stand for?

All right, so basically your most advanced anti aging scientist and biotech CEOs companies were there. Also, I enjoyed seeing Lorna and Juanita. Hey, Lorna and Juanita. And Edwin had lunch with Edwin, spent some time with them. It was wonderful. Just, I love it when I see my Neo Tank family members and get to interact with them. So that was really lovely. Really enjoyed that.

Right? So, and also my talk today was going to be about 45 minutes, but I realized most of what I was going to cover is actually on my interview with Cody, and that is on join Immortalis.com so I'm going to shorten my talk to maybe 10 minutes here and then afterwards just go and watch my interview because pretty much what I was going to say today is all in my interview with Cody. So this being my first rad fest.
First day, I went in and sat down, listened to all the first evening of, of talks. And let's see, I listened to Dr. Bill Andrews, Liz Parrish, Dr. Greg Fahey, James Stroll.
Trying to remember who else spoke that first day.
Yeah, there are quite a few.
Quite a few. Oh, Bill Falloon, fantastic talk. You know, the founder of Life Extension. So when I walked away from those first three, three and a half hours.
It was just very obvious to me something that, as I've said all along, as I wrote about, you know, dozens of years ago, that what we are bringing is the missing piece to these geniuses of society. We are bringing the missing piece. When I listen to them talk, there are three, three obstacles, each and every one of them. And you'll hear it in their interviews, too. As you listen to their interviews, right away they go to these three obstacles. And I'm not even so sure if they've defined it as such, but I immediately define it as three blockages to curing aging. Number one and foremost is overregulation. Number two is lack of funding. And number three is lack of public or general interest in curing aging. So, you know, I've written about these for 45 years. These problems. There, there's no way to get past those three obstacles without Immortalis. Immortalis is the umbrella. Neovia in America, Immortalis in South America, Immortalis in Europe, Neovia in America. And I've explained to you the reasons why Neovia, the new way, the new path we put on the, the podcast there as Immortalis for these people, that's the umbrella. So why these three obstacles? Well, obviously in America, Neovia it's the FDA number one. So what are we going to do to help them on that first obstacle? What we're going to do is we're going to take these regulations and we're going to streamline them and make them more efficient. So the big hold up are clinical trials so we can get safely with the same level of safety, actually better safety. The these clinical trials into the market much, much faster instead of 10 to 20 years with dozens of millions to 200 million. Up to, someone said up to $2 billion on expense to get through these FDA regulations, they're too cost prohibitive. You know, I've mentioned to you when my father back in 40, 40 or 50 years ago was on the cusp of curing aging with his group, I mean sorry, customer curing cancer at his, with his group at Dupont and Dupont being a multi billion dollar Fortune 500 company, they just had to drop the whole thing because of the cost prohibitive regulations. Now private investors are not going to pour their money into these research projects. That's why they're starving for funds, because it's too expensive and it takes too long. Roi, that's return on investment. It doesn't happen for them efficiently, effectively, so they don't invest. So they're starving for cash. So we will get in, we will streamline these regulations. It's a once in 100 year opportunity. The new head commissioner of the FDA is willing to work in this regard. We have a very unique and rare situation. We get that executive order, we sit down with the commissioner of the FDA and, and we will make things happen. So when we reduce the regulation, streamline them, make them more efficient so that instead of taking say 10 to 20 years, it may take 12 to 18 months to reach the marketplace to get approval. Then investors will say, okay, this is worth it, this is worthwhile. And the cost will drop dramatically to get to the marketplace. And so investors will become more interested. And the billionaires out there who don't want to die, they have all the money they, they, they can use. There's nothing more for them materially. They want youth, they want to live longer, pretty much all of them. So they're going to come on board and so on.
So we've right there with, with Immortalis or Neovia, we cure the first two big obstacles. The third obstacle, I'm going to let you listen to my interview on the joinimortalis.com site to get more of a background on what, how we cure that third obstacle. But I can very, very briefly, since you're all neotech readers. I can cut through a lot of the background by just saying this. You all know from my writings about the bicameral mentality.
And for.
Hundreds of thousands of years, babies born into the bicameral civilizations became bicameral, the bicameral mentality. Then we had that big thunderclap and we.
Moved into consciousness, human consciousness. Babies born into conscious civilizations, well, they just become conscious. It's just the way it is now. When we get a civilization through immortalisation, that is.
With the, what I call the immortal mentality, where you have value creation as your essence. You're living your essence of value creation. Well, babies born into that.
Immortal mentality, civilization, they're just going to become the immortal mentality, which means they are value creators, they have value creations. By the way, value creation is the magical ingredient to the immortal mentality prior to this. And most people are living in a mortal mentality. As you know from my writings.
The mortal mentality is the mentality that will be overcome with stagnation over time. And you will succumb to stagnation. You cannot live eternally when you're overcome by stagnation. And as you know from my writings, that's value production. It's exciting at first you have your list of tasks and you're working, but after 10, 20 years it just becomes, you know, routine. It's a routine rut. Eventually, without value creation you don't have that exhilaration. You're not on a vector of creating and moving into the new, uncovering the new. Value creation is our essence. We're the only being, the only living thing in the universe that we know of, that can create and build upon and create and build upon values. That is our essence. All animals are happy when they are on their essence. And happiness is the necessary ingredient for eternal life. You cannot live eternal life without abiding happiness. The root to abiding happiness is our essence. Our essence is value creation. That is the immortal mentality. I spent 45 years going through my own journey from a value producer in the mortal mentality that has to die. And I developed the tools, the techniques, the many day power thinking team where you suddenly can have these visions because you have the time and the availability through power thinking. Have these visions, these value creation visions and you can plug them into the many days that almost immediately lifts you from a value producer to a value creator. And then I developed the division of essence. And that breaks the old divisional labor structure of business across the world, where the body of the business are people Doing jobs of labor, routine ruts, right? You have the little mind at the top and then the whole body of labor, the division of essence brings value creation at each and every person's job working for you. Remember, the many companies each have your own little creative vector of value creation. So that is part of my tools and techniques to take you out of the mortal mentality, move you into the immortal mentality with value creation, happiness, the new, the new, the new, always moving forward into something new in your vector of value creation. And then you have the company without a company, without a country. And essentially that helps you remove yourself from all that distracts you in the company. So you can just concentrate on your value creation, your vector value creation. And then it also releases you, frees you, liberates you from the country of where you're doing business. And of course in my business when we did this, we were suddenly in 140 countries around the world. So these are tools and techniques that I developed. I'm not just a business hack, I'm not just a business author. In fact, I was never even planning to be an author, a writer. That wasn't in my plans initially. But in the process and realizing that I had to go on this journey out of the mortal mentality into an immortal, immortal mentality, well, I had to develop the tools and techniques to do that. That was my own journey. I wrote it down. I became a huge international seller. Books of my books, I'm the number one, number one of all time business self improvement author, measuring the proceeds going to the author. And that's because I did it all myself. I didn't use the big book publishers. I had opportunities to, but I didn't.

This is the third obstacle. Popular demand, human demand for anti aging. Well that's what my business techniques were about to break people into their essence of value creation. Now the demand is there and my books have had a lot of influence. Two million members, four million books sold.
But my books have a lot more influence than most books because most books, if you just go on chat GPT and look this up, you'll see people who purchase the book, then people who get through page one, people who get through the first chapter. And unless you're an avid reader, you almost never finish the book. My books you pay 140 to $300 for. And they're heirloom books, as you know, leatherettes that you keep in your library to pass down to your children and grandchildren. Well, when you pay that much money for a book, you read every page. So my influence is very strong out there. And we see it now. We see the demand has grown dramatically, dramatically for anti aging, for cure to aging. In fact, Jose Cadeiro, Death of death, predicts that in, what is it, five years or six years. Yeah, very soon, in a few years, that the longevity industry is going to become the largest industry on the planet. And here we will be sitting with Immortalis and Neovia with open arms ready to bring them all in, bring them together. We are the missing piece. We cure regulations. These are the three obstacles. We cure lack of funding. We cure lack of popular demand. We are the missing piece. Finally joining our brothers and sisters in this joint mission to cure aging within our lifetimes. I'm going to just say a couple other things that are sort of updates, but because we're being vetted now by two administrations, while it's obvious, you know, in America we're being vetted by the Trump administration and in a. And you all know from our history, but because we're being vetted, I'm not saying any names right now, but in a large, powerful South American country, we're being vetted right now. And in two weeks we're flying down there to meet with the president of that country and we're going to be talking about an Immortalis zone. So we're very close. We're getting very close in two major powerful countries. So this is very exciting. Let's see, was there anything else I wanted to throw out there?
I'll say a couple of non specifics.
The person who I'm dealing with, my friend, very high up in the Trump administration, brought our package to a multi billionaire who's very connected with the whole Trump administration, very influential, showed him our package. He immediately told her after he. Well, she provided to him. She was at a event in his home with RFK with some top people in the Trump administration. And my friend, she talked a little bit about it there, but then she gave him our package and two days later she received a phone call from this multi billionaire who has tremendous influence saying.
America needs this. America needs this right now. So he's on board. Next week some major action is going to take shape, largely as a result of having him join our team. I was also told, of course, person in my position is always concerned about the funding and financing and what we plan to do. Always concerned about that. Well, I've been told now by top people. You do not worry about financing. There are many billionaires already interested in what you're doing and getting on board. So financing is going to be covered.
And I want none of you to worry that this is going to become.
An elitist game, because it's not. I'm doing this for humanitarian purposes. And this is what separates me from all the others out there. I'll call them my competitors who are trying to get unlocked zones. They're doing it for the money. I'm doing it to save lives and to cure aging and death, because it's our responsibility.
To prevent human consciousness from perishing. It's been my responsibility all my life, and now it's coming to fruition. So with that, I'm going to turn it back over to you, son, and have you take it away. Okay? So nice seeing all of you.
