We raised our offspring, we propagated the species. And now Mother Nature begins breaking us down to remove us and allow evolution and natural selection of the younger generations.
To propagate and improve the species.
And we oblige.
Without a lot of deep down reason to keep living and enjoying life. With our dreams buried under hopeless resignation, with our enthusiasm and energy fading, with our health sinking, we oblige. We not only accept this gradual end game, but we have no choice. We all face this 25 year fall.

You stand in your eerily quiet home after your youngest leaves. And right then, when you feel.
The beginning of your end game, you feel that nostalgia rumbling through your body and dimming your soul.
Somewhere deep inside, a new light turns on.

You can go to the light. If you don't, it will fade as quickly as it came.
That light is human consciousness, which is a power beyond nature. Human consciousness puts you in charge of life. It's the power of God within the man.

With the children gone, free of distractions, that light shows itself to you one last time.
