Short excerpt from a YouTube video by Mark Hamilton in which he outlines the role of human mentoring: people seek advice to develop "mini days" and program elements described as "self capture", "company capture", and "world capture". He frames mentors/teachers as providing human interaction through one-to-three workshop meetings and clubhouse-style gatherings, emphasizing the value of mentoring and guidance.
They want help. They want your advice. They want to sit down and have you help them develop their mini days.
That's the self capture portion, of course. And you have the company capture setting up the mini companies, the tracking reports. They want help on that. And of course, you have the world capture. And they will be looking for help on all of this. And as we discussed before, this could be anywhere from one workshop meeting to two up to three workshop meetings. But they are coming to you for that human interaction and help in human mentoring. That is your role now. You are teachers, you are mentors.
That value.
When they come and they experience that value. And they also experience the clubhouse meeting and the intellectual stimulation and the social stimulation of the clubhouse meeting. Those values that you've worked hard developing are going to be what motivates these people to join and become a member month after month.
