Transcript excerpt of Mark Hamilton advising mentors to teach apprentices how profound, world-changing insights occur by highlighting integrated thinking and how disparate 'puzzle pieces' snap together. He connects this pedagogical approach to his "Essence Meeting, level two," which he says produces a rapid transformation he calls the "10 second miracle."

You as their mentor, try to point out, enlighten them to how those insights actually occur. Those world changing insights, those profound insights into man, into.
Society, into the way things are, the way things need to be. How did those occur? And you must begin to point out the integrated things, thinking that occurs in each and every one of those insights, and the puzzle pieces that come together and are snapped together in those insights. Because you are not only discussing the insight themselves and the progress that the apprentices are making in understanding things about life and about themselves, but you're also showing them the application of integrated thinking, the process, how that happens and what it leads to. Because that, combined with my second Essence meeting, level two, Essence Meeting, deals with everything snapping together and putting in that missing piece and having the 10 second miracle.
