A protection only government will lead to the people's greatest prosperity, as demonstrated in 12 visions. That is reality. I understand the many opinions of man cannot alter reality. Yet while dictating, interpreting and enforcing law, the attempt to alter reality is continually made. The law, or this law or that law will improve the people's prosperity, whether innocent or guilty. All those government actions beyond protection every day slowly kill our freedoms, bit by bit, steadily age our country and lead to its eventual death. The purpose of the contract is to establish the reality of protection, which is the one proper purpose of government.

The reality of protection through the unchanging prime law of no initiatory force which controls the lawmakers, lawyers, judges and bureaucrats and their endless opinions, biases, agendas, motivations, egos, desires, delusions and illusions.
