Excerpt from a Mark Hamilton talk (YouTube) advocating a single proper purpose of government—protection—and arguing that maximal freedom (achieved via the Prime Law) produces prosperity. Hamilton contrasts rule of law versus rule of man, promotes the Prime Law and the 12 Visions party as mechanisms to remove human-initiated lawmaking and interpretation, and claims a purely free country has not yet existed.

The one proper purpose of government is protection. Anything else takes away from our freedom and therefore will take away from our prosperity.
Indeed, throughout history, the freer a country, the greater the prosperity.
For the first time, with the Prime Law, as we will see.
We are talking about a fully free country, a purely free country that has never existed on our planet.
For the first time, because of the correlation between freedom and prosperity.
For the first time, all people can become rich, including the poor.
America originally rose so quickly and was so prosperous.
So much more so than the other countries because it was brilliantly controlled by the rule of law, not by the rule of man, as most other countries.
Again, man is full of thoughts. He's driven by ego, pulled by temptations, attracted to corruption and dishonesty. The 12 Visions party takes the rule of law.
To another level. It takes it one step further by going down to the biological fundamental of protection. No initiatory force. The 12 Visions party removes man from recklessly creating new laws that have nothing to do with protection. And it removes man from recklessly interpreting the law.
To see how the Prime Law dictates, man.
Dictates the lawmakers and not the other way around. The lawmaker is dictating the law.
