A short spoken excerpt from a YouTube talk by Mark Hamilton arguing that governments can and should shift from a historical "power basis" to a novel "service basis"; he claims no government has been service-based before and alludes to supporting concepts (e.g., neothink, phenomena, prime literature) without elaboration in this excerpt.
The government making this shift from a power basis, which all governments in history have been based on a power basis, to a service basis. And there's never been a government based on a service basis.
But because of all the dynamics and.
Phenomena that we have in the stimulation and the forces of nature and neothink and the common denominators and everything, and all the experience in the prime literature, all coming together here and synthesizing.
This service based government is going to seem very natural and very appealing.
