Short spoken statement by Mark Hamilton asserting that every Twelve Visions Party (TVP) candidate and any elected, appointed, or hired 'visionary' will sign a TVP contract. The speaker claims this contract legally binds every visionary's decisions in any local, state, or federal office across all branches of government.
