A short motivational/business-advice YouTube clip by Mark Hamilton advising employees stuck in stagnant 9–5 roles to revive their responsibilities by identifying growth opportunities within their company. He introduces a method called "Project Curiosity": approaching the business with childlike curiosity to spot ways to increase customers or efficiencies and thereby add value beyond routine tasks.

Basically, you're in this stagnation trap with these set responsibilities, dead end responsibilities, I call them. I want to make those responsibilities come to life. Now, here's how you go about that. You look in your business, at the areas in the business that can actually grow wealth, and that could be seeing how to increase business customers. It could be how to increase efficiencies. That saves the company money. But you start looking around and spotting those areas. It's through a program I call Project Curiosity. You get into your company and look at it like a child would look at things with this curiosity and wants to figure things out. And it's very different than the way you've approached your job before, where, oh, God, let me get through these and let me go home.
