We will do that through banishing initiatory force. In America today, you banish initiatory force among the people. It's illegal. But guess what? The government is allowed to use initiatory force. They do it all the time with their burdensome regulations on the energy or the health field. But they're always initiating force on businesses or individuals, so they are allowed to do it. It's legal immorality. In the new country, there will be no legal immorality. Everything will be moral. No one, including government, can use initiatory force.
