Hey everybody, and welcome to season three.
Of the Rocket Fuel Podcast. I'm your host, Mark C. Winters, co-author of Rocket Fuel and an expert EOS implementer. Let's get ready for liftoff. I'm looking forward to our conversation today. Who knows where we'll go and what we'll get into. Everybody ready to roll? Thanks for being here and welcome to the show. This season is a wild one, filled with tons of golden nuggets from visionaries and integrators who face the same challenges as you. The struggle is real for entrepreneurs. Building the foundations for a great company requires more than one leader. It requires both a visionary and an integrator. Separately, these two leaders have great potential, but together they form an essential dynamic relationship that propels their business to new levels of greatness. And that's what we call Rocket Fuel.
It has been wildly beneficial for me to have someone who so unconditionally supports me and sees sees me and sees the burden and sees the challenges and how lonely it can be as an entrepreneur.
Being an entrepreneur, a solopreneur, is incredibly lonely.
When you create rocket fuel in your company, you get more of what you want from your business and your life.
I think I'm living a better life. I sleep better, I'm healthier, I'm more confident. I'm less stressed.
Yeah, what a cool message and cool feeling that, you know, I've got you. I love that. That's fantastic. The visionary integrated relationship proves that two heads at polar opposites are better than one.
There's a reason why you have all these ideas and why your brother's always saying, nope, nope, nope. That doesn't work. He's got some phenomenal ideas. But, you know, part of my job is I need to protect the organization from some of the whiplash, I call it.
I recognize I'm the problem. I get in the way of the growth of the business because I'm just trying to think of the next thing.
Learn how to build trust and maintain clarity while keeping your entire organization on track.
Between the two, 100% trust and zero ego.
I don't think that we would have been able to do anything, almost anything that we've done to date, with without that almost disentangling, you know, empowering of ourselves and each other.
We really are holding each other accountable to our skill sets.
Let's learn from each other so we can get there faster and maybe even with a little less pain. Until then, go rocket.
