223: You're allowed to change your mind
23 Jan 2026 · 34 min
A listener hit a 2026 goal in two weeks, then realized she didn't want what came next. The host argues goals are directions, not fixed destinations, and identity labels can become restrictive. You're allowed to change your mind as life evolves.

Firstly, thank you so much to everyone who has sent messages of love, support, anything that you've sent me in the last week after I talked about my family on last week's episode. Thank you so, so much. Honestly, it means a lot to me right now. There honestly isn't a lot that anyone can do or anything like that, but honestly, those messages have kept me going this week. So thank you so, so much. So Sunday just gone. Oh my God, we had Jake's second birthday. We had it at a soft play. Why are soft plays so chaotic? Why? Why? I went on more things than he did, in fact. Yeah, there was a few things that he was a bit scared of going on, so I went on them and then he wouldn't come down the slides and stuff. But yeah, he had a good time. So thank you so much for everyone who has reached out and said happy birthday to him as well. I saw all those messages that were really cute. Thank you. But I did get a message from someone last week as well., and she had basically said to me she had done my Achieving Your Goals workshop at the end of December. She had written down her goals, what she wanted to achieve in the next 12 months, and then over the last 2 weeks, she has achieved them already and some. And first and foremost, fucking hats off to you, love. Honestly, hats off to you. She has worked so hard putting things into place over the last 2 weeks that she actually achieved her goals. She had 3 specific things that she wanted to achieve in 2026. And she did it within 2 weeks. I find that absolutely mental. But she said to me, "Now what am I supposed to do for the rest of 2026?" And what she said is that one of the things that she's actually manifested and she's achieved already in 2026, she doesn't actually want anymore. And I was like, "Wow, isn't that something?" Because I often get messages like this. I often get messages of people saying, "I've wanted this for so, so long, been manifesting it for 2, 3, 4 years," whatever it is. And then when they get it, they realize it's not actually what they want, or that it doesn't feel aligned with who they are right now. So I thought, I'm going to do a whole podcast episode on this because ultimately you are allowed to change your mind. I'm going to say that louder for the people at the back. You're allowed to change your mind. I think so many of us, we carry this— it's a pretty quiet belief that once we've said that we want something, or maybe we've set a goal or shared a vision online, that that's it, it's locked in forever. And if we ever decide that we don't want that thing anymore, or maybe it doesn't feel right when we do get it, then we've somehow failed our manifestations, or maybe we weren't serious enough about what we physically wanted. But I'm here today to tell you that changing your mind isn't failure. I want you to see it as feedback, because it ultimately— it's your life talking back to you. It's your body, your emotions, your experiences, and everything else saying, "Now that we've actually walked a bit of this path, here's how it really feels." So I want you to think about the version of you who set that original goal or intention. Now, like I say, this might be a couple of years ago, it might be a couple of weeks ago. That version of you, they had a certain level of self-awareness. They also had a certain amount of healing under their belt, certain beliefs about what was possible for them, and probably a few fears driving the bus as well. They did the best that they could with what they knew at the time. But then obviously time passes. You live, you try things, you bump into edges that you didn't know were there, you get tired of proving yourself in the same old ways, and then you start to notice what actually lights you up and what quietly drains you. Of course, some things are going to shift. That doesn't mean the old you was wrong, it just means that the current you has more information now. So if you think about it like that, Changing your mind is actually a sign that you're awake and you are driving the bus now, okay? You're not just running on autopilot with a 3-year-old vision board that nobody's allowed to question anymore. You are literally in conversation with your own life. Now, the problem here is that most of us were raised in environments where changing your mind was labeled as being flaky or indecisive. You might have heard people say things like, "You never stick at anything." "Mom used to say that to me all the bloody time." Or sometimes she would even say, "You said that you wanted this, so you better bloody follow through." So you internalize that idea that commitment means that you pick something and you cling to it no matter how it feels until you achieve it. But real commitment is a bit different than that, isn't it? Real commitment is saying, "I'm devoted to me growth, me peace, me purpose, me values.". And yeah, don't get us wrong, like sometimes that'll mean staying the course, sometimes it's going to mean pivoting. Both can be acts of commitment depending on what is true for you in that moment. So if you notice yourself looking at an old dream or maybe an old manifestation and feeling a bit of resistance or a bit of heaviness, instead of immediately judging yourself, you can get curious with that. You could ask yourself, what's this feeling trying to tell me? Is it a wobble because I'm scared, or is this quite honest feedback from my body that this isn't actually aligned anymore with who I'm trying to be? One isn't more spiritual than the other. The point is that you're listening. You are listening to what's going on inside your body. So I want you to imagine for a second that your goals and your desires are like clothes, and clothes are meant to be tried on, worn, moved around in. So some things will fit perfectly for a specific season, some things might look great in the shop window, and then you get them home and realize that they're really bloody uncomfortable, or they've got this really itchy fabric. Some things you might love for years and years and you wear them on a day-to-day basis, but some you'll grow out of really quickly. So you wouldn't shame yourself for no longer fitting into a jacket that you bought when you were a teenager, would you? You'd just say, "Yeah, I've grown since then." Your inner world is exactly the same. You've grown. You're gonna change. The fact that something doesn't fit you in the same way anymore It's not evidence that you're broken, it's evidence that you are evolving. So as we go through this episode, I want you to hold that lens. I want you to really see this episode through that lens. You're not listening to your life to catch yourself out, you're listening for feedback. So what we're going to be doing this episode is we're going to be looking at our goals, at our timelines, our identities, and our manifestations as well. And we're going to be holding ourselves accountable and asking, what is actually true for me right now? And if the answer is different to what it used to be, that's not a problem to fix. That's exactly the kind of awareness that's going to keep you aligned with the person that you are becoming. So I'm going to talk about goals first and foremost because this is where a lot of people tend to get stuck. We treat goals like concrete, and what I mean by that is once it's poured, that's it. It sets, and if you try to reshape it, you've somehow ruined it. But goals aren't meant to be set in stone. They're not. They're meant to be lived in. Think about how we are taught to do goals. So most people, if you do a goal setting workshop, they'll sit you down, you'll map out exactly what you want, you give it a deadline, you write it in a journal somewhere, and then you're meant to just power on through until you get to that goal. So nobody's questioning anything, nobody's tweaking anything, nobody's asking, "Does this still feel right for me right now?" And if anything in you wants to change it, the voice in your head immediately goes, "Here we go again. You never stick at anything. You move the goalposts. You can't be trusted with your own dreams." So you start to double down on something that might not even feel true anymore because you're more committed to not disappointing that old version of you than you are to listening to the current one. So the way I see it, a goal is like a house that you move into for a while. So, you'll move in, you'll get to grips with the house itself, you'll realise where the light falls as it comes through the window, which rooms you enjoy being in the most, what feels cramped, what feels expansive. You might even knock a wall down, you might switch the bedroom and the office around. You might even decide in time that you want a completely different house in a completely different area. Now, that doesn't mean that you were wrong to move in to begin with, does it? It just means that you've lived there long enough to know what actually is going to work for you. So, instead of seeing goals as these fixed destinations, I want you to imagine them as directions of travel. So, you are moving towards something because it feels aligned to you right now, and you're allowed to adjust as you go. You're allowed to get halfway there and realize that actually, the thing that you really wanted was how you thought that goal would make you feel, and there might be a different way to create that feeling. For example, Maybe you set yourself a goal to hit a certain income in your business and you attach all this meaning to it. Like, "Once I get there, I'll feel safe. I'll feel proud of myself. People will take us more seriously. I'll finally relax." So you work and you work, and on the way there, you realize that the way you're trying to reach that number is completely burning you out. You're resenting your clients. You're snapping at your family. Your nervous system is absolutely fried. Now at that point, you can cling on to the original goal and just continue to push on harder if you want. Or you can pause and you can ask yourself, "What was I actually chasing here? Is there a different way to create that feeling without sacrificing myself in the process?" That's not you watering down your dreams. That's just you choosing alignment over performance. You can also give yourself permission to regularly review your goals rather than only looking at them on New Year's Day. You can sit down once a month and simply ask yourself, "Does this still excite me? Does this still feel like my dream, or does it feel like something that I'm just carrying because I said it out loud once on Instagram?" If you feel a little spark when you talk about your goals, great, keep on going. But if you feel like your shoulders slump and your body goes, "Ugh, this again?" that's worth listening to. It might mean that the goal needs tweaking. Or it might mean that the scale needs adjusting, or that the whole thing just needs to be put down, at least for a while. And you're allowed to do that. You're allowed to give yourself permission to do that. I think we forget often that goals are tools. They're there to serve you, not the other way around. If a goal is helping you grow or helping you stretch in a way that feels honest, then amazing. If it's keeping you trapped in an identity that no longer fits, or constantly making you feel like you're failing because you're not there yet, then it might be time for you to renegotiate the contract that you've made with that goal. Does that make sense? So if you need someone to say this out loud for you, let me be that person. You are allowed to rewrite your goals. You're allowed to soften them, expand them, change them completely. You're allowed to say, "That was right for me then, but it isn't right for me now." That's not failure. You've just lived enough life to know yourself a bit better. And that's exactly what your goals are meant to evolve with. So, I want to talk about timelines as well because timelines is one of the biggest places that we quietly torture ourselves about. So, most of us are walking around with this invisible checklist in our heads. So, for example, mine was, "By the age of 20, I'm gonna have a house, kids, car, job." I even said wife, I think, at one point, and then I came out, obviously. But it was like, by a certain date or a certain year, I should have this in me life. By the end of X year, I should be here. And when life didn't line up with that internal spreadsheet, I started to make it mean something about me. Not about the plan, not about the timing, but about my worth, my effort, and my ability to reach my goals and achieve what I wanted to in life. So the thing is, timelines are completely made up. They're just guesses. They are you in a particular moment trying to predict how long something is going to take based on zero real information about all the twists and turns that are going to happen along the way. So when you say to yourself, "I'm going to manifest this by June," or "By the time I'm 40, I'll have X, Y, and Z," what you are really doing is you're anchoring into a feeling. You are saying, "I want to believe that this is possible for me." and I want something to work towards. Now, there's nothing wrong with that. The issue comes when that date rolls around and you decide that because it hasn't happened yet, you've somehow failed, or manifestation doesn't work, or that the universe just doesn't listen to you. Now, sometimes things don't happen by our chosen date because we weren't actually as all in as we thought we were. Sometimes it's because something better is being lined up. Sometimes it's simply because the version of us who set that timeline had no real understanding of what was going to be required energetically or emotionally to get there. So you're allowed to move your own deadline. You're allowed to say, "This is taking longer than I thought." That doesn't mean it's not happening. It just means that I'm working with real life, not fantasy life. So I want you to think about times in your life when something happened in inverted commas "late" according to your plan, but perfectly according to your actual journey. So maybe it was a relationship that came after heartbreak. Maybe it was a job that showed up after you got made redundant, or you got sacked. Maybe it was a home that appeared when another sale fell through. If you'd got the thing that you wanted exactly when you first demanded it, you might not have appreciated it, or you might not have had the capacity to hold it. We forget that timing is about who we are when it arrives. Not just when it arrives. It's who we are when it arrives. So a lot of the pressure around timelines comes from comparison as well. Like, you'll see other people online hitting milestones and your brain starts doing mental maths. Like, oh my God, he did that in 6 months. I've been at this for a year. I do it all the time. I've been working out at the gym now for the last, I'm going to say, 8, 9, maybe even 10 years actually. I think it was about 10 years. That's when I first started my gym journey. Now I can look at people who have been going to the gym, absolutely hammering it, absolutely nailing their nutrition, and within 6 months they've got abs and they've got a six-pack. And I compare myself to them all the time thinking, why am I not as ripped as that? But when I actually break it down, yes, I've been at it for 10 years, but my nutrition is absolutely shit. It's absolutely shocking. I have a few allergies, for example, so I can't eat like pulses or grains or beans or peas or anything like that. So all of this healthy food that is like vegan and stuff like that, they all have pulses or legumes in them, and I have anaphylaxis. So I literally can't eat healthy food. Obviously I'm not using that as an excuse, but you know where I'm going with this. I think we all just have that huge case of comparisonitis, don't we? We see something that someone's achieved online and we think, why haven't I got that yet? They manifested that thing in a week, why is it taking me so long? And before you know it, you've made someone else's highlight reel into your personal stopwatch. But your path is not their path. You don't know 100% what they've had to go through behind the scenes to create that outcome. You don't know what their nervous system is doing, or what their support system looks like, or where they've compromised in ways that you wouldn't want to. It's a bit like planting seeds, and I know I use this analogy all the time, but some seeds will sprout within a few days, others take weeks. Some even sit under the soil doing absolutely nothing visible, but their roots are growing deep into the soil down below. If you dug up every single seed that hadn't sprouted by day 7 and declared it a failure, you'd miss entire gardens. So rather than asking yourself, "Why hasn't this happened by now?" I think a more helpful question could be, "Who am I becoming while this has taken the time that it's taken?" because if the process is making you more grounded or more self-aware, more resilient, more compassionate with yourself, then the timing is doing something really important, even if it is quite annoying, you know, because we all want this instant gratification, don't we? We all want everything yesterday, but maybe it is doing something important. Just question that. You're also allowed to change the shape of your timeline as you go. So maybe you set a big bold target for 6 months' time and then life gets in the way and life comes along Maybe a family thing happened. Maybe your health needed your attention. Maybe your energy shifted. Instead of deciding, "Well, that's it, I've ruined it," you can now say to yourself, "Given what I know now, what would feel realistic and kind?" You can stretch the timeline. You can break it into bite-sized phases. You can put something on a gentle simmer at the back of the hob rather than on a full boil at the front. That isn't you lowering your standards, it's just you being in partnership with your actual capacity. So if you're listening to this right now with quite a heavy feeling in your chest because you had big plans for 2026 or this season and they haven't materialized just yet, bear in mind we're only in the second week of bloody January. I want you to hear this clearly: you are not behind. Behind compared to what? A date that you picked while you were a different person or in a different season with a different level of awareness?
What?
You are allowed to say, "That timeframe doesn't fit me anymore." You're allowed to move the goalposts without making it mean that you've failed. You can hold the desire and release the deadline at the same time. For example, you can say, "I still want this, but I'm willing to let it land at the right time." And for some things, you might even realize that the timeline itself was the thing that you were attached to. You wanted to be able to say, "I did this by age 30," "I did this by age 40," or "I manifested this in 30 days," because it sounds impressive or it made you feel like you were proving something to someone. But when you strip that layer away and you just ask yourself, "Do I still want this regardless of how long it takes?" sometimes the answer is a very honest no. And if that's the case, you've just freed yourself from a clock that you didn't need to be racing. So really give this some thought because I want you to gently notice where you've been holding yourself hostage to a date on the calendar. Notice where you're telling yourself a story that if it doesn't happen by a set date, that it's never going to happen or it doesn't count. You are allowed to change the timing without abandoning the dream, okay? So I want to talk about identity because I think this is where changing your mind can feel the most uncomfortable and emotional. It's one thing for you to tweak a goal or to move a deadline, but it's another thing entirely to realize that you don't actually recognize yourself in that version of your life anymore. So I think we all carry these quiet identity labels around that, like, for me, for example, I'm the one who always works hard. I'm the reliable one. I'm the helper. I'm the one who never gives up. I'm the ambitious one. And sometimes it's even, I'm the person who's manifesting this big thing, and that becomes part of how I see myself. And at first, those identities, they can feel quite empowering, can't they? Because they give you a sense of direction and they'll help you make decisions and they can even pull you through tricky seasons in your life. But over time, what I've learned is that some of them start to feel tight in your chest. So what once felt like a badge of honor starts to feel like a bit of a costume instead. So you might notice it in little ways. You'll say yes to something and then feel a bit of resentment. Or maybe you'll talk about your work or your goals and there's a bit of hollowness in your chest. People will praise you for being a certain way, but instead of feeling proud, you just feel tired. Now, that's often a sign that you've outgrown an identity. Now, the tricky thing is letting go of an old identity can feel like losing yourself, even when that identity is no longer serving you. So you've maybe built years of habits or relationships and choices around being that specific person.. So other people know you as that person. So when you start to think, "I don't actually want to be this person anymore," that can bring up a lot of fear. Like, who am I if I'm not the one who always pushes through? Who am I if I'm not constantly available to everyone at every time? Who am I if I'm not chasing that particular dream I've talked about for so long? Who am I if I'm not struggling or being like the overachiever in my family? There's often this awkward middle part where you don't quite feel like your old self, but you don't fully feel like the new version yet as well. So you're basically in between of both of those stories, and that in-between phase, it can feel really wobbly. Like, your brain might be trying to drag you back to the familiar, even if it made you miserable, just because at least you knew who you were there. So you might catch yourself trying to perform the old identity out of habit. Saying yes when you really want to just say no. Pushing on when you actually just want to rest. Now, if that's happening to you, it doesn't mean that you're fake. It just means that you're in that transition period, and I want you to hear that it's okay for your sense of self to evolve as well. You don't have to be the exact same person that you were when you first started your business, your relationship, uh, your spiritual journey, or even that your manifestation practice. In fact, if you were, that would be a bit worrying. You're allowed to decide that a certain way of being is no longer your identity. And yeah, of course, naturally, like, some people in your life might not like that. They might miss the old version of you who said yes to everything, or who always wanted to go out, or who always put themselves last, or who kept chasing goals that made sense to them. They might tease you, they might question you, they might fall out with you. They might try and nudge you back into that old mold because your change shines a light on where they're not changing themselves. But you're not responsible for staying small so that other people don't have to adjust. Changing your mind about who you are, it's not a betrayal, it is honesty. So if you feel like you're in that little weird limbo at the moment, I just want you to know that nothing's gone wrong. You know, you're just in that stretchy bit where the old you is loosening and the new you is forming. You don't have to have the new identity fully figured out yet. You don't even have to know the exact title or label or neat little sentence that sums you up. It's enough to keep listening to what feels true now and taking small honest steps in that direction. And that's how your identity will really shift. Not in that huge dramatic moment, but through lots of tiny decisions where you quietly choose the person that you're becoming over the person that you used to perform as. So I want to really recap all of this and bring it into manifestation, because you might have had something on your vision board for years listening to this. Maybe it was a specific house, or a certain income, or a dream car. Maybe it was a move abroad. Maybe it was a business milestone. It could even be a very detailed picture of your relationship. Whatever it is, now at that time that you put that on your vision board, it felt exciting. Why else would you have put it on your vision board? It had to feel exciting for you. It obviously brought you to life, like, "Yes, this is what I'm calling in!" So you'll have obviously wrote it in your journal, you'll have told your friends about it, maybe even stated it on social media. So that became part of your identity. And then time has passed, you've grown, life's happened, and at some point you've noticed that it doesn't light you up in the same way. Or when you imagine it actually being real, you feel more tired than excited now. Maybe it feels heavy. Maybe it feels too small for where you are right now. Maybe you've progressed way past it. Maybe if you're really honest with yourself, you only wanted it because you thought it would prove something to someone or it would fix a situation. And instead of going, "Oh yeah, that's interesting, me desires have evolved," most people turn on themselves. They'll say, "I'm being flaky. I mustn't be a powerful manifester. The universe is going to get confused. I've wasted all that energy over the last few years." And so they'll continue. They'll cling to that old manifestation out of obligation or out of ego or out of fear that letting it go means that they've failed. But you're allowed to say, "I don't actually want this anymore." Manifestation isn't a contract that you sign and then that you're stuck with whatever was on the paper. Even if it no longer feels like you. It's a relationship between you, your soul, your nervous system, and your life. Relationships evolve. What felt aligned for you at one stage of your healing might feel completely different once you've done more inner work. Sometimes the desire itself is still true, but it's just the form that isn't. So maybe you still want financial freedom, but you no longer want it to look like that specific job, or that specific business model. Maybe you still want deep love, but maybe not with the person that you've been trying to squeeze into that vision in your head. Maybe you still want expansion in your life, but not through being switched on 24/7 and burning yourself out in the process. Now sometimes though, the whole thing has just done its job. It got you moving. It opened you up to new possibilities. It got you to say yes to things that you would have never said yes to before. And now it's complete. It's like having stabilizers on your bike when you're a toddler. You don't keep them on the bike forever once you've learned to ride, do you? You take them off. Letting go of an old manifestation isn't you being unaligned, it's you being honest with yourself. And honesty is incredibly magnetic. When your desires match who you actually are now, rather than who you thought you were supposed to be 3 years ago, your energy starts to clean up. So there'll be less resistance because you're not trying to force yourself into a life that you've quietly fallen out of love with. The universe isn't sitting there marking you down for changing your mind. It's not like, "Well, you asked for this house in 2021, but now you want something different, so sorry, no more manifestations for you." That's such a human way of thinking about it though, isn't it? If anything, clarity helps. Updating your order is useful. Imagine if someone orders from me for Canny Crystals, and I've sent out that order, and then they think, "Oh, I've sent it to my old address. Never mind, it'll get here eventually." Do you think that that's going to go to their new house? Absolutely not. They're going to have to update their order so that I can see on the system it's actually meant for this address, and then I can pass that message forward to the courier. Does that make sense? Updating your order is useful. You're allowed to refine, you're allowed to adjust, you're allowed to say, Actually, this is closer to what I truly want right now. So what I want to ask you all to do at some point over the next 24 hours is just ask yourself, do I still actually want this? And if I do, do I want it in this exact form? Okay, if the answer is no, you haven't failed. You've just outgrown that old picture. That's all it is. It's not the end of your manifestation journey. That is your manifestation journey doing exactly what it's meant to do. It's bringing you closer and closer to what genuinely feels like home for you right now. So just to wrap all of this up in a nutshell, really, you don't have to justify your evolution. You are going to evolve in life. You don't have to justify that. One of the biggest reasons that people cling to those old goals or timelines or identities is because they are worried about what everyone else will think if they change their mind. Like, what will they say if I don't want this anymore? I've spoken about this so much, I'm going to look stupid if I pivot. They'll think that I've failed. In the NHS, the job that I was working in before I did Canny Crystals, I remember telling everyone that I was working so hard to get this promotion, and this promotion was like an extra— it was like an extra £8,000 or £9,000 a year.. And I remember thinking to myself, yeah, I can do this. I'm going to tell everyone, I'm going to hold myself accountable, it's going to come true. And the next thing I knew, I'm handing in me notice to do Kenny Crystals full-time. And I was honestly so worried. I was probably more worried about what other people would think of me for doing that rather than going for the promotion that I'd been like talking about for the last year or so. So instead of listening to meself, I would have stayed on a path that didn't feel true just to avoid having those awkward conversations or those raised eyebrows from my friends or family. But what I want you to take from this episode is that other people don't live in your body. They don't wake up with your thoughts. They don't carry your responsibilities. They don't feel the pull of your intuition or hold your nervous system. They are not the ones who have to deal with the cost of you staying somewhere that you've outgrown. The only person that is, is you. Of course, if your decisions affect other people, there might be practical conversations to have, obviously. You might need to communicate a change of plan or wrap things up, honor commitments where you can. That's just part of being a decent human being, but that is very different to needing every single other person's approval before you're allowed to honor what is true for you right now. Now, some people will get it straight away. Yeah, they'll say, "This makes sense. I'm happy that you're doing what's right for you." Other people might not understand it at all. They might be confused or a bit triggered. That's about their lens and their fears. It's not proof that you're making the wrong choice. So if there's any area of your life right now where you've been maybe waiting for permission from someone else, let this episode be it. You're allowed to look at an old dream or an old manifestation and say, "Thank you, this got me this far, but now I'm done." You're allowed to look at a deadline and say it doesn't fit your reality anymore. You're allowed to look at an identity as well and say, "That identity helped me once, but it's not who I am right now." You've not wasted time by doing that. You've gathered data. Everything you wanted in the past got you moving, learning, and experiencing, and it ultimately brought you to the point where you can make a clearer choice right now. That is the path. So, as you finish listening to this episode, maybe just ask yourself one gentle question this weekend. Where am I allowed to change my mind? Where am I allowed to change my mind? Just be curious about it. If an answer pops up, even quietly, just trust that that answer is coming up for a reason. You don't have to fix everything today. You don't have to make some dramatic announcement that you're pivoting your entire life. You can just start by admitting that little truth to yourself because the moment that you do that, you're already stepping into the next version of you. So just before we wrap up, actually, if it's safe for you to do so, do this right now. Just take a breath with us right now. Just a slow inhale through the nose, and as you do that, as you start to exhale, Just gently scan your life. Just notice if there's anywhere that you're holding on really tightly to something that doesn't fit you anymore. Maybe it's a goal, maybe it's a timeline, maybe it's a way that you shut up for everyone else. Maybe it's something that you said you are manifesting but you no longer feel that spark for. Just notice what comes up first. Now you don't have to act on that straight away. You don't have to burn everything down. Just be honest with yourself about where your energy feels heavy. If you want to go a bit deeper with this after the episode, you could sit with questions like, what am I holding on to just because I once said that I wanted it? What version of me is ready to be thanked and released so a new one can breathe a bit more? Okay, try journaling on those and see what comes up. But just remember, through all of this, you are allowed to change your mind. You're allowed to evolve, and you're allowed to create a life that actually fits who you are now, not who you used to be. Okay, so I'm going to leave that with you. I hope that that was thought-provoking. We take a closer look at diet trends, fact-check scratchy claims, and track down the science so that you can feel more confident about what's on your plate. New episodes are released every Wednesday.
