236: Rewire your mind EFFORTLESSLY!
23 Apr 2026 · 37 min
Mart Tweedy explains how subliminals work: the brain processes intentional audio continuously, but the silence after listening matters most for integration. He switched from 8-hour overnight tracks to 4 hours of input plus 4 hours of natural rest, aligning with 90-minute sleep cycles and reducing grogginess.

How's your week been so far? I've been super busy once again, But I am coping a lot better this time around because I'm actually taking time out throughout the day and I'm getting back to how I was balancing work with life. But these Easter holidays truly— oh my God, they truly killed me. Anyone else who's a parent will understand. I think I mentioned this in last week's episode, but my mom had a skin cancer removal last Friday from her face as well, and it was actually so big that she's had to have a skin graft from her shoulder. So she's been out of action for the last week. She's been unable to help out with childcare, obviously. So it's been a very, very full-on week. But what I wanted to talk to you about today was something that I mentioned on my members call last week and something that I told them that I was doing behind the scenes, which was re-recording my subliminals. And bear with me here because you might be thinking, Mart, you've already done an episode about subliminals, I know all about them, I don't need to hear it again. But guess what, my friend? New information has come to light, so buckle up, all right? Prepare to have your fragile little minds blown. So I'm going to open this episode properly, because subliminals are one of those things that people either swear by or they're a bit like, what the hell is actually going on here? And if I'm honest, I get it, right? Because when you strip it back, the idea that you can press play on some music, you can barely hear it, and you can just go about your day or fall asleep, and somehow it starts shifting your thoughts and your beliefs, even your results— now that sounds a bit out there at first, doesn't it? It sounds a bit weird, like it It's not supposed to work. But here's the thing I want you to hold on to as we go through this episode, right? Your brain is already being programmed constantly. So what I mean by that is every single conversation you have, every song that you listen to, every scroll on your phone, every throwaway comment someone makes towards you, that's all information. And your brain doesn't just ignore that information. It obviously processes it all, it stores it, and it builds patterns from it. So really, subliminals aren't some strange separate thing, are they? They're just intentional input. And that's a very different way of looking at it, because instead of leaving what goes into your mind up to chance, you're choosing what goes into your mind instead. Now, you might already know how subliminals work, especially if you've listened to my previous episode where I properly broke it down. I think it was like one of the first I'm going to say one of the first 10 or 20 episodes that I ever recorded for this podcast. So I'm not going to sit here and repeat all of that, but what I am going to talk about today is I'm going to go deeper into the parts that people don't really talk about. So the things that actually make the difference between someone saying, "Yeah, I've tried subliminals, didn't really notice anything," and someone saying, "I don't know what's happened, but something in me has shifted." So I'm going to be talking about things like why silence after listening matters more than you think. We're going to get into how your brain actually interprets sound and why music itself is far more than just something that you hear. And I'm going to be talking about frequencies, sleep cycles, why listening for less time can actually be more powerful than listening all night. Honestly, the amount of research that I have done for this episode— I've been reading research papers, I've been on loads of university websites and things, reading all of their research papers. It's been wild. And I'm going to be really honest with you about my own experience as well in this episode, because I've done this the wrong way before. I used to have subliminals playing for 8 hours overnight thinking, you know, more is better. And I've been advising people to do that for, I'm going to say, the best part of 4 years. But I would wake up, right, and I would feel like I either hadn't properly slept or I would feel groggy or heavy, like me brain had just been switched on all night, which in a way it probably had. And that's where things just started to click for me. So not just from experience, but from actually looking into what's going in the brain when we are listening and when we're sleeping, and most importantly, when we are not listening. Because sometimes the most powerful part of the process isn't the input, it's the integration. And that's a thread that's going to run through this entire episode because can you even remember, I think it was like 2 or 3 weeks ago, I did a podcast episode saying like, you don't need to buy a new course, you don't need to be told all of these new tools and techniques, you just need to actually integrate and implement what you already know. It's the same kind of message because this isn't about overwhelming you with information, it's about helping you understand why something works so that when you use it, you start to use it properly, and then you can actually feel the shift from it a lot better. And by the end of this episode, whether you decide to use subliminals or not, I want you to at least understand your mind on a different level. So I want you to start noticing what you're feeding it, and most importantly, what it's doing with that information. So I'm going to get into something right now, first and foremost, that most people completely overlook, which, as I mentioned before, is silence. So not as the absence of sound, but as part of the process itself. Because what happens after you listen to a subliminal might just be as important as when you're actually listening to it. And once you start to understand that, it changes how you use subliminals completely. So this is where things start to really get interesting because it goes against what most people assume. We tend to think that the more we listen to something, the better the result is going to be. You know, more input, more change, we're going to get quicker manifestation results. But the bit that often gets completely missed is what happens after the input stops. So what I mean by that is silence. So I don't just mean like sitting like a monk in silence. I mean like silence as part of the process. Because there was an experiment that really caught my attention when I was looking into this episode, and it involved people listening to classical music as part of a treatment approach for breast cancer. And what they found was something quite subtle, but Really important, okay? The group that had a period of silence after listening to this classical music— I think the period was around 10 minutes— they actually showed a greater improvement compared to the group that didn't. So, we're talking about roughly a 6% difference. Now, on paper, that might not sound massive, but when you think about what that represents, it's not the music alone that's creating the shift. It's the combination of input and integration. And that word integration is everything because your brain isn't just a speaker system for taking things in, is it? It is constantly translating, organizing, making sense of what it's received, and it needs space to do that. So if you imagine it like going to the gym, the workout itself is only one part of it, isn't it? The actual growth, the strengthening, that all happens afterwards when the body is resting. Your brain works in a very similar way. And this is something that I started to notice in my own life way before I had the words for it, because there were times, especially in the early days of building this business, where I'd be listening to affirmations and subliminals in the car or in the background while working, you know, constantly, constantly feeding myself this new narrative around money, confidence, opportunities. And I would have these moments afterwards where I wasn't listening to anything where it was just quiet. And trust me when I say this, that is when the ideas would land. And when I say land, I mean properly land. So I'd suddenly feel clearer about what I needed to do next, or I'd feel more certain in decisions that I'd been overthinking for days. Even things like messaging someone for a collaboration or putting meself forward for an opportunity, it all felt easier and more natural. And at the time, I just thought that that was coincidence. You know, I thought it was the subliminal doing its job. But looking back, I can now see that those moments of silence were where everything was actually settling in. So where my brain had the space to take what it had been given and turn it into something usable. And it's the same with confidence as well. Like, before talks, or before going on stage, before recording certain podcast episodes with guests, I've used subliminals to get myself into that version of me who just gets on and does it. But the real shift doesn't happen whilst I'm listening. It happens in that quiet moment afterwards, you know, when I'm sat there and there's no noise or no input and I just feel different. So I might feel more grounded or more certain, a bit less in me head. So that is integration, and most people skip that without even realizing, you know. They go straight from one thing to the next, from music into scrolling into podcasts into emails into subliminals, into distractions, whatever it is. There's no space and there's no pause, so nothing really lands as deeply as it could. And this is why, even though I've created these subliminals to be used in a way that fits your life, I'll always say don't underestimate what happens when it ends, even just a few minutes. So when you finish listening, no phone, no noise, no rushing on to the next thing. Just sit in a room for 10 minutes. Just let your brain do what it's naturally designed to do, because sometimes the shift that you're looking for isn't in adding more into what you're already doing. It's just in allowing what's already there to actually settle and be integrated into your knowledge. So I want to take this a layer deeper as well, because once you start understanding this next piece, you stop seeing sound as something that you just hear, and you start seeing it as something that your brain is constantly decoding. And that is that music isn't passive. So it might feel like it is, especially when it's on in the background, but your brain is doing a huge amount of work every single second that sound reaches it. So at its core, when we think about it, sound is information. If we break it down, it's binary code, you know, zeros and ones. It's vibrations, it's patterns, it's frequencies, and it's all being picked up in our ears and translated by our brain into something meaningful. And if you zoom out even further, you can even look at that information almost like code. Not in a complicated techie way, just in the sense that it's raw data that your brain has to interpret. So when you're listening to music or a subliminal, your brain is receiving all of this input and converting it into something it understands. So tone becomes emotion, rhythm becomes a pattern, words have meaning. You know what I'm saying? So even when those words are beneath your conscious awareness, they are still being processed.. And I find that fascinating, but I also found it really powerful because, you know, it's something that most people don't even think about. We just listen to music and automatically we understand it, but really our brain is working overload to process this information and translate it into something that we recognize. Because your brain is constantly working, even when you feel like you're just lying there drifting off doing nothing. That was a big turning point for me once I realized that, and it was something that Clare from the Harmonic Egger taught me about a year ago and that's when this all started to click for us. Because like I said earlier, I used to have subliminals playing all night, every night, 8 hours straight, thinking I was doing the best thing for myself, layering in as much as possible. But when I really sat with that information, once Clare said it to us, I had to be honest with myself. Like, I wasn't waking up feeling refreshed. I wasn't waking up feeling clear. It literally felt like I'd been doing a night shift and I've been busy all night. And when you understand that your brain is continuously processing sound, it makes sense, doesn't it? It's not switching off in the same way that it would in silence. It's still receiving, still translating, and still working through that information. Now don't get us wrong, like, that doesn't make subliminals bad if you listen to them overnight. Not at all. It just means there's a smarter way to use them because what we actually want is balance. So we want enough input to start shifting those subconscious patterns but we also want to give the brain the space to rest and repair and to integrate what it's listening to. And this is where the things started to change for me, not just personally, but in how I create these subliminals. So I stopped chasing more, more, more, and I started thinking about what is actually going to support the brain and what supports you. Because if you've ever woken up feeling groggy after playing something all night, like something in your ears, it's not because you've done something wrong. It's usually just that your brain has been busy. And sometimes what creates the biggest shift isn't pushing it harder, it's just working with it in a different way. And when you start to do that, everything will feel different for you. So you'll feel more rested, more clear, and ironically, more receptive to the very things that you're trying to bring in. So I'm going to share exactly what I've changed and why I've moved away from those long overnight 8-hour tracks. And how I found that sweet spot as well, where you're still getting the benefits without compromising your rest. So this is where things really started to shift for us, because it came from a place of just being a bit fed up with how I was feeling. Because like I say, I was listening to these subliminals all night. I was doing everything right on paper, in inverted commas, you know, listening every night, staying consistent, layering affirmations around money, confidence, growth, all the things that I wanted to embody. But I just kept waking up thinking, why do I feel like I've not actually rested? And it was that heavy foggy feeling, like not to feel terrible or anything like that, but I didn't feel me best and I didn't feel sharp. And when you've got a business to run and content to create, when you've got decisions to make, a family to look after, a child to look after, that lack of clarity just adds up so, so quickly. So instead of just pushing through it, I took a step back and I started looking at what was actually going on. And that's where sleep cycles started to come into it. So I've been doing a lot of research on sleep cycles lately, and I find them fascinating because we don't just sleep in one continuous state. And you might already know this, but we move through sleep cycles. So lighter sleep, deeper sleep, and then those deeper phases are where your body repairs and where your brain consolidates information and where you actually wake up feeling restored. And those cycles tend to run in blocks of around 90 minutes. So when I started piecing all of this together, it kind of made sense why 8 hours of constant audio just didn't feel great, because there was no real break. There was no clean space for the brain to drop fully into that deeper rest whilst something still was being processed in the background, if that makes sense. So I experimented with a few. I made a few that were 90 minutes long. I made a few that were 3 hours long. I made a few that were 4 hours long. I reduced the listening time, not massively at first, just testing what felt different. And what I found was that around 4 hours hits a really nice balance. So it gave enough time to move through a couple of those 90-minute deeper sleep cycles while still receiving the affirmations, still getting that subconscious input. But then it also left space afterwards for silence, for proper rest, and for everything that I've spoke about just there now. You know, that integration piece. And the difference was really noticeable. So I've started waking up clearer and lighter, and to be honest, more like meself, but also more aligned with what I've been actually listening to. And I saw this, like, I saw this show up in really practical ways. So in business, like, I found meself making quicker decisions without overthinking. I've been trusting me gut more. You know, sending the email rather than putting it off. I've been putting the offer out. I've been saying yes to things that I might have hesitated on before, and even going as far as saying, like, it's helped us in me personal life as well, because the way I've started to speak to meself has softened as well, like, with less pressure and less second-guessing. And that's when I knew that this wasn't just about what I was listening to, it was how I was using it. So I went on to re-record these a couple of weeks ago, and that's exactly what I've built them around. I'm not just packing them with affirmations and just hoping for the best, but I'm actually thinking about your brain, your sleep, and your experience. So I've now cut these down to 4 hours. 4 hours of intentional input followed by 4 hours of natural rest. Now, that doesn't mean that you have to use them overnight, obviously, because some people prefer during the day, some people in the evening before bed. But if you are using them at night, this gives you that balance. You're not overloading your system, you are supporting it. And when you support your system properly, the results won't feel forced, they'll feel like a natural extension of who you're becoming. So I also want to talk about, uh, frequencies as well, you know, different hertz, healing sounds, and whether they actually do anything or if it's just a bit of a buzzword. Because there's a way to use them that genuinely enhances the experience and there's a way where they're just noise in the background. So let's talk all about frequencies, because you'll see numbers everywhere. You'll see like 432 Hz, 528 Hz, 888 Hz, all these different healing frequencies that are meant to do different things. And it's easy to either blindly believe all of it or just completely dismiss it, but the truth sits somewhere in the middle of all that. Because like we were saying earlier, sound at its core is vibration., and your body is constantly responding to vibration whether you're consciously aware of it or not. So different tones, different pitches, and different rhythms, they all create different responses within the body. And think about how quickly music can shift your mood, for example. Like, you can listen to one song that can make you feel calm, grounded, almost emotional, but then another can give you a boost of energy, a motivation, that feeling of, come on, let's get up and go. It's like you wouldn't listen to classical music in the gym, would you? Unless you're an absolute psychopath. That's not random. That is your nervous system responding to what it's hearing. So when I talk about frequencies, I'm not talking about magic numbers that suddenly just fix everything overnight. I'm talking about creating an environment that supports a certain state. And that is exactly how I've approached my new subliminals. So instead of just picking a frequency and label it as, you know, this does this, I've layered in tones, soundscapes that support relaxation, calm, and receptivity because that's the state where subliminals land best. If your body is tense and if your mind is racing, if you're feeling, you know, a bit slightly anxious or you've got some wired energy, it's going to be much harder for anything new to settle in. But when you're calm, when your nervous system feels fully safe, and when your body is relaxed, you become far more open. And I've seen this play out in my own life more times than I can count. Like, there was a period I remember where I was preparing for a talk. It was a huge talk, and I remember feeling that underlying tension just building up in the background. So it wasn't like full-on nerves, it was just kind of that subtle pressure where you're like, you've got a few butterflies in your stomach. And instead of trying to force confidence, I focused on the environment that I was putting myself in instead. So I had these frequencies playing in the background while I was getting ready and while I was going over me notes. Nothing overpowering, it was just there in the background, and it shifted something. And this talk I always look back at because I was so nervous to do it, but when I look back at this talk, like, I felt more in control than I'd ever felt in my life then, and I felt so much less in my head as well. I absolutely loved it. And that is the key. These frequencies aren't there to do the work for you. They are there to support the state that you need to be in for the work to actually land. So it's like setting the lighting in a room. You'll still function in harsh bright lighting, but who wants to have a dinner party with the big light on, you know what I mean? Like, when it's softer, more balanced, everything feels easier. And when you combine that with subliminals and with intentional affirmations being absorbed in the background,, it creates a much more supportive experience. So you're not just feeding your mind new thoughts, you're putting your body into a place where it can actually receive them. So then I want to layer in the last thing that I've now included in my subliminals, and this is going to make a bigger difference than you'd expect, and it's rain. Rain sounds. And before you start rolling your eyes at that, there's a reason that I use this so often, right? And it's a very specific way that it's been included here that actually helps you drift off rather than distract you. So let's talk about rain because this one always splits people, doesn't it? Some people absolutely love the rain sounds. They think it's calming, nostalgic, it helps them drift off almost instantly at night. And then there are other people who hear the rain and they think, "Great, now I need the toilet." So if you're in that second group, I do understand. You're not alone. But hear me out here. There's a reason that rain sounds are used so often in sleep and relaxation audio, and again, it comes down to how your brain responds to sound. Because rain sits in what's called a kind of consistent, non-threatening noise pattern, so it doesn't demand your attention, it doesn't spike your nervous system. It is just steady, predictable, almost like a gentle blanket of sound. And when it's used properly at the right volume, it can actually help your brain switch off from everything else. Okay, so instead of latching on to random noises in your environment, you know, might be a car driving past your house or someone moving in the rest of the house, your phone buzzing away, your brain has something soft and consistent to rest into. Now this is the important bit though, because it's not about having rain blasting in your ears all night. If it's too loud, it's going to become the focus, and the moment that it becomes the focus, it's no longer doing its job. So I've added in rain sounds into the subliminals, but in a very intentional way, okay? It sits at around 20 to 25% of what you'd consciously notice. So even the rain sounds are going into your brain subliminally. It's just enough that your brain will register it, but not enough that you're actively listening to it. And that balance matters because what we're trying to do is to create an environment where you can just drift off to sleep not analyze what's going on, not focus on all the sounds going on, just gently switch off. And I actually tested this quite a bit myself at different volumes, different rain sounds, because I wanted to get it just right. The first one I had, I didn't realize it had thunder and lightning halfway through. I kid you not, I almost jumped out of the bed and shit myself at the same time. And there was a point where I had different versions playing, some with more noticeable rain, some with less and I'd notice the difference in how quickly that I fell asleep. If it was too loud, I'd find myself thinking about it. If it was too quiet, it didn't really have any effect. But when it sat in that sweet spot, I was out within a couple of minutes. And again, this ties back to everything that we've been talking about today, because it's not just about the affirmations, it's about the experience that you're having whilst you listen. Because if you're lying there and you're slightly irritated from something that's happened earlier in the day, or you're slightly distracted by your partner snoring, or you're overly aware of what's playing on the TV in the background, your body's not fully relaxing. And if your body isn't relaxing, your mind isn't as open. Whereas when everything is layered in in a way that feels natural, almost noticeable, that's when you're going to get a deeper drop, and that's when you'll fall asleep quicker, and when your brain can start doing its thing without any resistance. And I've noticed this a lot, not just at night but even during the day. Like, if I've had something like this playing quietly in the background over the last week while I've been working, it almost takes the edge off everything. There's less tension, less background stress. It's just a smoother flow to the day. So if you're someone who's never really got on with rain sounds before, it might not be the rain itself, it might just be how it's being used. Because when it's done properly, it doesn't feel like rain, it just feels like calm. And then moving on, just the last thing that I've layered in— you're going to be thinking, oh my God, this is just going to be a mumble jumble of sounds. Honestly, it's not. They sound absolutely amazing. But something else that I've layered in is sound healing, and it's something that you might not even pick up on because when you listen to the track you can barely hear it. But trust me when I say this, your body will absolutely feel it. You've probably heard about like sound bowls before, whether it's in a meditation or a class or even just like clips online, there's something about that tone that almost cuts through everything else. It's not like normal music, is it? It doesn't follow a structure that your brain tries to predict. It doesn't build in the same way. It's just a tone. And that's actually why it works so well in this kind of setting, because it gives your mind less to grab onto. So with typical music, your brain is trying to follow along. It's trying to anticipate the next beat or recognize a pattern and to stay engaged. But with these softer, more spacious tones, it does the opposite. It encourages you to let go. So when I layered this in, again, it wasn't about making it obvious because you're not meant to be lying there thinking, "Oh yeah, I can hear the bowls." It is very subtle, very much in the background, sitting underneath the rain, underneath the frequencies, and underneath the subliminal affirmations. But it adds something. It softens the whole experience, and it helps release that low-level tension that we carry without even realizing it. And this is something that I've personally felt quite strongly about, especially during periods where things have been a bit full-on for me. You know, there have been days in the last couple of weeks where my mind has been absolutely racing. I've had loads going on with the business, ideas flying around, messages coming in non-stop, and then even when I stop, it's like me body hasn't quite caught up yet and it still feels like it's turned on. And in these moments, I've put these subliminals on, even just for a short period— I'm talking like half an hour— and I've noticed how quickly that edge just starts to drop. My shoulders will relax a bit, me breathing might slow down without us even trying, and it's almost like that internal noise quietens down. And once that happens, everything else becomes easier. So even things like connecting with intentions, uh, visualizing, even just sitting with a feeling of what I want to create, it's all started to flow better because I'm not fighting that underlying tension. And that's the role that this layer of sound healing actually plays. It's not there to do something obvious, it's there to support everything else. It's to help clear that mental and emotional clutter So when those affirmations are coming through to your brain, even at a level that you're not consciously aware of and not consciously hearing, they've got space to land. And when you think about it, that's what we're doing with all of this. We are not forcing change by listening to subliminals. We're creating the conditions for change to happen naturally, bit by bit, layer by layer. So just before I finish up, I really want to discuss how we actually use these properly because I want you to know when to listen, what to expect, and there's a little something that I've added into the start of every subliminal as well. So I've tried to make this as simple and as practical as possible because this is the bit that people overthink the most. They'll ask us like, how do I actually use these properly? Or, you know, have I got the right track? Mart, I can't hear the affirmations. If I had a pound for every time someone messaged me and said 'I think I've bought the wrong thing. It's just music. I can't hear the affirmations.' I'm like, that is literally what the word subliminal means. Or they'll say, 'Is it supposed to sound like this?' And I get it, because subliminals are different to anything that most people have used before. Because let's face it, we're all used to hearing the thing that's meant to help us, aren't we? So when you press play and it's quiet, or you can't make out the words, your brain immediately goes, 'Hang on, is this right?' and that then pulls you out of the whole experience, doesn't it? So what I've done now is I've added a short bit, and I mean like 60 seconds, of vocal instruction right at the start of each track. It's just a clear explanation in my voice letting you know exactly what you're listening to, how it works, and what to expect, so that then you can relax into it. So there's no second guessing, there's no checking that you've got the right file, no overthinking it. And then once that's done, my voice drops right down into the subliminal level. The music goes up a little bit, and you're not consciously picking up every word, but your brain is still processing it in the background. Now, in terms of when to use them, like I said earlier, there's no rigid rule. A lot of people love using them at night, myself included. I absolutely love it. It's part of my wind-down routine. I put my sleep mask on, I have the headphones that are built into that as well. I'll leave a link in the show notes if anyone wants to get them. They're a game changer. Saves you putting, uh, little earbuds in your ears all night. You press play, you let it do its thing, you drift off. And like I've spoken about earlier, with the 4-hour structure, you're getting that balance between input and rest. We go into a deeper sleep after we have listened to something. Okay, so these are just as powerful during the day as well though, if you didn't want to listen to them overnight. You could have them on quietly while you're working, while you're driving, while you're getting ready, you know, anywhere where you don't need to actively focus on what you're listening to. And that is the key. You're not meant to sit there trying to hear it, you know, racking your brain trying to hear every single affirmation. You're not meant to concentrate on it. In fact, the less that you focus on it, the better the results, because the moment that you try to analyze it, you bring it back into your conscious mind. And that's not where the shift is happening. This is supposed to be background work, subtle, consistent, and layered. And I've used it like that in so many different areas of my life. There were times in my business where I'd have tracks like playing quietly in the background while I was just working, especially around money mindset or expansion, and I would just notice over time that my thinking had changed, like just in the way that I approach things. You know, charging more felt normal, putting offers out there felt easier, being visible in business felt easier, backing meself felt like less of a push and more like a given. Same with me confidence. Before recording, before stepping into something that used to feel a bit uncomfortable, or even stepping out on stage, like I'd have something on in the background, not even paying full attention to it, and then I'd go into me talk and I'd think, this feels different. I'd feel calmer, more certain. And that's how you want to use these, not as something that you have to do perfectly, but as something that supports you while you're already living your life. So if you're someone who's been overthinking whether you're using them right, you probably are using them right. Just press play, let it run, let your brain do what it's designed to do, because it knows what to do with the information that you're giving it, okay? It's like what I talk about in my book Limitless, where I discussed how the conscious mind is like the bouncer of your mind. So if you're saying, I am wealthy, I am prosperous, your conscious mind might be like, no, you're not, Mart, you're not getting in tonight. So it's almost keeping you out of the club, but your subconscious is the back door, so it slips around the conscious, round the back, and slips into your mind, rewiring and reprogramming all of your self-limiting beliefs so that you then believe the new affirmations. That's how it works. So you're not sat there basically trying to convince yourself of something that you don't fully believe yet. You're not forcing affirmations that feel like a stretch to you. You're just allowing new information to get into the nightclub again and again and again. And obviously that nightclub is your mind, in a way that doesn't create resistance. And then over time, that repetition starts to soften things. I've seen this so clearly in my own life and so many other people's lives. It really does work. So just remember, like, this isn't about finding the perfect subliminal that's going to fix you overnight. It's not about getting every setting right or listening at an exact time or doing it better than anyone else. It's just about what you're choosing to feed your mind consistently. Because whether you realize it or not, you're already being influenced every single day by what you hear, what you watch, what you repeat to yourself. And subliminals just give you a way to take that back into your own hands, to decide, this is what I want more of, whether it be confidence, ease, money, belief, more openness to receiving. And then letting that choice quietly run in the background of your life without pressure or without needing to force anything. And I think that's why they've become such a huge staple for me. You know, especially alongside everything else that I do, they take no extra time. There have been seasons in my business where things have felt really uncertain, where I've been stepping into something bigger, or where I've needed to grow into the next version of myself quite quickly. And having that consistent input there every single night in my bed, even when I wasn't consciously focusing on it, it made a huge difference. And it steadied us and reminded us that in the background of who I was becoming. And the same goes in my personal life, like I was saying earlier. When you combine that with everything else that you already have access to, that's where things will start to compound for you. Because imagine this, like, you've got subliminals running in the background supporting your subconscious, you're dipping into meditations when you need to reset, you're using EFT when something feels stuck, you're journaling and actually getting honest with yourself, you're surrounding yourself with crystals and stuff that lift you rather than drain you, and it all starts to work together. So if you've been listening to this episode thinking, "I want to try this, I'm going to give it a bash," or "I want to go deeper with it," just start simple. Pick one subliminal that aligns with where you are in your life right now, and then use it consistently. Let it become part of your routine, not something that you dip in and out of when you remember, For me, every single night when I say good night to my partner, that is my anchor and my cue to put my sleep mask on, to put my phone on, press play, and I just go to sleep. It takes less than 10 seconds, and I just notice what shifts. And I want you to notice what shifts as well, because it will. Not always in the way that you expect, but in the way that you think, the way that you respond, and the way that you carry yourself, and ultimately the results that follow on from that. So if you want to grab one of my brand new super potent supercharged subliminals, I'll pop the link in the show notes below so that you can tap on there, or you can just head on over to cannycrystals.co.uk, type in the word subliminal from the search box, and you'll see them all pop up. There are 24 different ones, and each one has a little 30-second sample if you swipe along on the picture as well, just so you can hear what you're going to be getting. I'm honestly so, so happy with how these have turned out, and the results that I've been getting from these. And if the normal subliminals that I used to sell before were getting 5-star reviews from being absolute game changers, I just know that these ones are going to be absolutely insane. Also, if you want access to all of them plus meditations, EFTs, uh, journal prompts, sound healing, so much more, you can get access to the full manifestation resource library. It's £47 as a one-off payment, then you have it for life. That's available over on cannycrystalsacademy.co.uk. I'll leave both of those links down below in the show notes.
