Mart Tweedy explains how repeating sensory cues, or "energetic anchors," can reshape your reality. He shares examples: a seatbelt click that triggers gratitude, shower affirmations, a monetary password tied to revenue goals. The key is anchoring your desired feeling in daily life, not just isolated rituals.

As you know by now, my name is Mart Tweedy, I'm your host, and I want to start this week with a little bit of a story time actually. So grab yourself a seat, get a load of this because it absolutely blew my mind. So on Sunday evening, my good friend Francesca Amber from Law of Attraction Changed My Life, she went along to the BAFTAs. So if you're not from the UK, it's basically an awards show in London for film and TV shows. And she rang us up afterwards from a hotel room and she was running us through who she'd seen there on the evening, you know, people like Louis Theroux, Spencer Matthews, Alan Carr. And she went, oh, and I spoke to this lovely lady who won The Traitors this year as well. I was absolutely shook because I love The Traitors and I knew straight away that she was talking about this year's amazing winner Rachel Duffy. I don't think Fran has ever watched The Traitors. I don't think she barely watches TV if I'm totally honest with you. So she had no idea who Rachel was. But anyway, if we sidestep a little, back in October 2024 I actually applied for The Traitors and the TV company that produce it called Studio Lambert, they also make other TV shows like Gogglebox, Race Across the World, Naked Attraction, Don't worry, I wasn't applying to go on Naked Attraction. So Studio Lambert called me one day to have a chat with us and find out more about what I do and stuff like that. And then after that, I had a Zoom call. They said to us, we think you'd be perfect for another TV show that we've got coming up called The Reward. And so I stood my ground and I said, no, no, I want to be on The Traitors. Anyway, to cut a long story short, The Reward then got its name changed to The Inheritance. And they eventually twisted me arm to join that show instead. Now what's funny is that I had a couple of face-to-face auditions, an away day, a home visit, and all sorts of things, right? And then the show was filmed March-April time 2025 last year, I want to say. And on the day that we wrapped up filming, all of the crew were heading up to the Scottish Highlands to go and film Rachel's series of The Traitors. So it's all very interlinked, isn't it? So anyway, back to the main story. Rachel comes running up to Fran at the BAFTAs and she tells Fran that she listened to her podcast episode all about moldavite and then she bought some and then she used that moldavite to manifest her way onto the Traitors and subsequently win the entire show. So straight away my mind was blown and I was like saying, "Eh, see Fran, it's amazing!" Because moldavite's always scared Fran.. And then I had a quick thought thinking, 'Eh, wouldn't it be weird if she'd ordered from me in the first place?' So I went straight onto my website, I typed in a name, and sure enough, there she is. Rachel Duffy pops up with a Northern Irish address, so I knew it was definitely her. The weirdest thing is, the day that she purchased the moldavite from me was the day that I applied to go on The Traitors. How weird is that? I couldn't believe it. Like, like, can you imagine if I'd actually gone on to that show and I'd been in there with Rachel all whilst she's using one of my moldavites. Like, I love how the universe works with stuff like that. But yeah, anyway, I've reached out to Rachel's rep just to see if she'd be interested in coming onto the pod to talk all about the Traitors experience and using moldavite whilst in there as well, because I think she'd have an awful lot of useful stuff to talk about as well. Because for those of you that don't know Rachel, when she won the show, just a day later, her mom actually passed away. Now throughout The Traitors, like the TV show, Rachel had spoken about her mom and her hopes of being able to make lasting memories with her if she won any prize money. So it was really sad to hear that her mom had actually passed away. So I want to talk to her all about her mindset while she processed her newfound fame and grieving all at the same time. I thought it'd be a really interesting chat, so stay tuned for that. It's happening, I'm putting it out there. But anyway, it kind of leads me on to the theme of this week's episode because I was telling one of my friends that story that I've just told you about Rachel, and she said, "But do you think that it was actually the moldavite, or just the fact that the moldavite acted like a trigger for her to get into a positive mindset?" And I thought that this was really interesting because obviously I know about the power of moldavite. You all know about the power of moldavite. Like, we've witnessed it firsthand, haven't we? And if you're new here, when I first got my first piece of moldavite 4 or 5 years ago, I handed me notice in with the NHS to go into Canny Crystals full-time. But I did it by accident. I went to write out an email to me manager as a kind of a symbolic thing to do so that I could feel the feelings of what it would be like to actually press send. And then me fat fingers slipped and instead of pressing save, I actually did press send. And then just a couple of months later, someone at Chanel contacted us and they asked me to dress the tables at their summertime gala dinner with crystals. And they paid me more for one day than I got in an entire year from the NHS. I got £27,000 for one day's worth of work. That was absolutely wild, but that all came off the back of moldavite. But anyway, my friend was questioning whether I thought it was just because it was like a trigger for a positive mindset, or if it was actually the moldavite. So obviously I gladly educated her on moldavite, and then she ended up buying some as well. But it really got me into thinking about different triggers and anchors, and it led me into another conversation with her which was really thought-provoking, which was all about energetic anchors. And it got us thinking, like, because whether you believe in the energetic properties of crystals or not, what you can't deny is the power of association. Because the brain loves association, and I mean it absolutely fucking loves it. Honestly, when you start properly understanding this stuff, you realize that we're all walking around with thousands of unconscious energetic anchors attached to us already, like, every single day, and most people just haven't noticed them yet. And it's why a certain perfume can instantly transport you back to being 16 years old. Now for me, it's Britney Spears— what was it called? Fantasy? I want to say Fantasy or Midnight Fantasy, one of those. It was in a pink bottle with like diamantes all over it. My friends all used to wear that, so if I smell that perfume to this day, or Jennifer Lopez's JLo Glow, that was another amazing one. I used to buy that for myself, um, but whenever I smell that in a shop not that I think that they even sell them nowadays, but when I used to smell that in a shop, it would instantly transport me back to being at school. And it's why hearing an old song from years ago can suddenly make your stomach drop or fill you with emotion before you've even consciously processed why. And it's why you can walk into a room where people have clearly just had an argument and immediately feel uncomfortable without anybody actually saying anything, because energy leaves impressions. Emotions leave impressions, experiences leave impressions, and our brains are constantly attaching meaning to objects or places or smells or sounds or routines and repeated behaviors as well. And the more I thought about what me friend had said regarding moldavite being a trigger, the more I realized she was accidentally proving the point without meaning to. Because yes, exactly, that's part of the magic, whether it's moldavite or a keyring or a candle, a vision board, whatever it is. If something repeatedly pulls you back into the emotional frequency of the life that you want, then over time it's going to start to change your identity and your nervous system, isn't it? And this is where I think so many people go wrong with manifestation, because they're trying to manifest in isolated moments. So what I mean by that is they'll sit down for 10 minutes in the morning, they'll visualize their dream life, they'll journal a few affirmations, maybe listen to a subliminal, and then they'll spend the remaining 23 hours and 50 minutes stressed, spiraling, overthinking, doubting themselves, checking the bank balance every 5 seconds, just reinforcing the exact opposite energy. It's crazy. So the manifestation practice becomes disconnected from real life, and it becomes this little task that you have to do instead of a state of mind that you live in. Whereas anchors are powerful because they bridge that gap. They pull manifestation into your normal day, so they train your subconscious mind without needing loads of extra effort or time, and they interrupt autopilot. They help you repeatedly return to the emotional state that you're trying to embody and get into. And I think once you understand anchors properly, you realize that you can intentionally build them into literally every area of your life. So let's take last year, for example. My little boy Jake became obsessed with sunflowers. Like, every time we went for a walk around our estate and we spotted one, he'd get a bit excited and he'd point at it. He would be smiling, wanting to stop and look at every single one of them. And because he loved them so much, I bought some sunflower seeds and I planted them in the garden. Now, our back garden, we've got like half patio stones on the top, and then in the bottom half the garden, there's like astroturf because We don't have a garden big enough for a shed, that's all it comes down to. And then how am I going to mow me grass? I'm not going to exactly keep me lawnmower inside, am I? So I'm sorry, yes, I've got plastic grass, but anyway, it's beautiful, I don't care. So I planted these sunflower seeds in these plant pots in me back garden, and I also took this beautiful piece of natural citrine that I had in my wealth bowl, and I pushed it slightly into the soil so just the top of it was still peeking through the surface. Now, to some people that might sound a bit daft, right? And they'll think, like, what's a crystal in soil going to do? But that's not the point. The point is what it represented to me. Because every single morning when I got me coffee and I went to the back window and I looked outside into the back garden and I saw those sunflower sprouts slowly pushing through the earth, getting taller and stronger every single day, it became an energetic reminder that abundance was growing for me as well. So every time I looked at them, I'd naturally be thinking about expansion or growth or wealth or opportunities and prosperity, like progress happening beneath the surface even when I couldn't fully see it yet. So it was quite symbolic to us. As they grew, my abundance grew with it. And I think that's such an important lesson actually, because manifestation is a lot like growing seeds, isn't it? Because for ages it can look like absolutely nothing is happening. Now, for a good month or so, I'd put those seeds into the plant pot, nothing had happened. Nothing had happened above the surface, should I say. So I was watering the soil, I was nurturing it, and I was just trusting that eventually they were going to grow into sunflowers. But meanwhile, underneath the surface, what I couldn't see, there was movement taking place. The roots were developing, the foundations were strengthening. You know, things are preparing themselves before they bloom outwardly. And that's exactly the same with manifestation, because most people give up in that invisible stage because they assume that nothing's changing. But those sunflowers became an anchor for trust for me. So every time I saw them, I'd subconsciously settle back into the energy of things are growing, things are happening. Even on days where, you know, me business might been a bit slower, or I felt stressed or overwhelmed, seeing those tiny little green sprouts really grounded us back into abundance instead of panic. And whilst those sunflowers were growing, I had some of the most abundant months that I'd had in ages. So opportunities started landing and money flowed more easily. I think even me ideas even flowed better. I felt more calmer, more open, and more receptive to everything that was coming into my life. Now, was that because the citrine magically made money appear out of thin air? Some people would say no, but what I do know for certain is that I was repeatedly training my nervous system into growth instead of lack every single day. So I wasn't waking up immediately feeding me stress. I was feeding possibility. And what you repeatedly feed emotionally matters massively. And I think once you start to notice this stuff, you realize that you probably already have negative anchors as well, and lots of them. You know when your phone buzzes, for example, and your stomach instantly tightens because your brain associates notifications with stress? That's an anchor. Or when you open up your banking app and you immediately feel anxiety before you've even looked at the numbers. That's an anchor. Or walking into your workplace already feeling drained because your body's associating that environment with pressure and burnout. They're all anchors. Now most people are unconsciously anchoring themselves into fear all day long. So manifestation work, in my opinion, is partly about intentionally creating better anchors. So more supportive ones and ones that are going to gently bring you back to the version of yourself that you're trying to become. So for example, my car seat belt. I talk about this to me members all the time, and this sounds absolutely ridiculously simple, but it's honestly changed so much for me mentally. So every single time that I get into me car and I hear, you know, when your seat belt clicks into place into the little holder thing, every time I hear that click it's become an automatic gratitude trigger for me. So I don't consciously force it anymore. My brain just naturally starts listing things that I'm grateful for. So as I'm driving out of my estate, you know, sometimes it's huge things like me family or me health or me business or the opportunities that I've had, the fact that I get to do work that I genuinely love now after years of being in the NHS feeling completely burnt out and stuck. And sometimes it's tiny things like just having slept well the night before or having food in the fridge, hearing Jake laughing on a morning, getting 5 minutes peace with a coffee while he's upstairs. That tiny little click has become associated with appreciation and abundance instead of stress and rushing. Because usually when we hear the seatbelt click, we're into that mindset of, "Oh my God, I need to get from A to Z as fast as I can." Yeah, so we're not stressing and we're not rushing anymore. It starts to become associated with something else. So I've completely changed that seatbelt click as an anchor from being stressed to feeling appreciative. And what's interesting is gratitude genuinely changes your physiology as well. So you might notice that you breathe differently or that your muscles start to relax, and your focus will change as well. And because of that, your nervous system will soften and you'll stop scanning for danger for a moment, and you'll just start noticing what's already good for you in your life. And the more often that you interrupt stress patterns like that throughout the day, the the easier manifestation is going to become because you're no longer spending most of your life in survival mode. And survival mode is the biggest manifestation blocker of all, isn't it? Because when your nervous system constantly feels unsafe, it's really difficult to feel open to receiving because your body's just focused on protection, not expansion. So you're wasting all of your energy on protecting yourself over, like, an invisible threat that might never happen. Which is why I also started doing things like shower affirmations and tapping. And again, I speak about this to me members all the time. People think manifestation has to be this huge dramatic ceremony sometimes, but the most powerful stuff is often the little consistent things. So every time I step into the shower and that water hits on me skin, it acts as an energetic cue. So sometimes I'll start mentally repeating affirmations you know, "I am peaceful," "I am calm," "I am abundant," just very, very simple "I am" affirmations. But other times I'll do EFT tapping while I'm in there because that's my cue to start tapping. Sometimes I even visualize stress literally washing off me with the water and new energy replacing it. But because I do this every single day, twice a day, my brain now associates the shower with an emotional reset and regulation. And I mean, Johnny, my partner, must think I'm absolutely tapped because I go in there and I'm in the shower for about half an hour at a time. Now, you don't obviously have to spend that long in the shower. It's just that I love it so much. I love it because I can feel the water, it's warm, it's calming. I'm definitely a water baby even though I'm a fire sign. And I just feel that that is my energetic anchor for doing my work, my visualizations, my EFT, my affirmations, whatever it is. And like I said earlier, repetition creates familiarity. So your subconscious mind learns through repetition, not through intensity. And that's why you can't just do one visualization once whilst highly emotional and expect your whole life to instantly transform overnight, because the subconscious changes through repeated exposure to thoughts, feelings, and identities, through normalization. It's a bit like in, I think it's The Magic, when Rhonda Byrne talks about— I don't know, actually, is it The Secret or The Magic? It's one of them. But anyway, she mentions about saying the words thank and you with every step as you walk out of bed in the morning. So the left foot, thank. Right foot, you. Thank you. Thank you. And some people will hear that and think it sounds absolutely ridiculous. I'm sure I did when I first read it as well. But actually, it's genius when you understand anchoring, because what she's doing there is attaching gratitude to movement and routine. We've all got to get out of bed on a morning, haven't we? We've all got to put one foot in front of the other, so you might as well attach some gratitude to that. She's taken something that you already do every single day and turning it into an unconscious energetic practice, and that's what anchors are really about. They stop manifestation from becoming separate to your life, and instead your life itself becomes the practice. And honestly, one of my favorite anchors every single week is walking into my office on a Monday morning, because the second I unlock that door and I step inside, I automatically open all the shutters, I open all the windows, I light incense or sage or palo santo, whatever I feel drawn to that day, and I intentionally move the energy around the room. And it's funny because now the smell itself has become an anchor. The second I walk in there and I smell the incense, my body instantly associates it with clarity, creativity, productivity, spiritual connection, and fresh energy. And it tells me, "Brain, right, new week, new reset. Let's go. Let's get this." And that's why symbolic items can become so powerful in manifestation as well. Like when I was trying to manifest the mortgage for this house that I'm in at the minute, Like, honestly, at the time it felt impossible. I had so much credit card debt, I genuinely didn't think that I'd ever be accepted for a mortgage. Like, homeownership just felt like something that other people got to experience, but it wasn't going to be for me. But instead of focusing constantly on why it couldn't happen, I bought myself a little house key ring. I put it on me car keys. Now again, it sounds tiny, doesn't it? But every single time I pick me car keys up, that keyring acted as a trigger. So it was almost like a reminder or an anchor, and it subconsciously pulled me back into the feelings of already owning a home. So I would feel the feelings of, um, safety, stability, pride, gratitude, excitement. And over time, those emotions stopped feeling imaginary, and they started feeling familiar instead. And manifestation becomes much easier when your desired reality starts feeling familiar to your nervous system instead of foreign, because your brain will always try to pull you back towards what feels normal. Now, this is the exact same thing that I did when I was first manifesting Jake as well. For those of you that don't know, we had to go through the adoption process. Obviously I'm gay, so for the surprise, um, but basically we had to go through a pretty brutal 12 months worth of training programs with the adoption agency here in the Northeast, which was absolutely absolutely a shit show. We then had weekly social worker visits, weekly health visitor visits. It was absolutely horrific. It took up so much of our time. One of the social workers came around to our house saying that she was going to be there for an hour. She was there for 6. 6 hours. We hadn't ate. Her stomach was rumbling all the way through the meeting. That's all I could focus on. Yeah, anyway, so before we got the call to be placed with Jake, like before he was here, before I even knew whether becoming a parent would happen for us, I bought this tiny little baby grow, and there were times— I'm not going to lie, it sounds a bit crazy— but I would literally lie on the couch in the living room holding it in my arms, visualizing what it would feel like to have our baby boy here with us. So I'd imagine him like up over my shoulder, just in my arms, like cradling him. How I would imagine the cuddles, the laughter, the chaos, the love. And every single time I saw that baby grow afterwards, even subconsciously,— it would reconnect me to those emotions again. And now when I think about it, it makes us emotional because he's here and he's real. Like, he's 2 and a half, he's running around obsessed with sunflowers, causing chaos constantly. But that's why I love anchors so much, because they make your manifestations feel emotionally real before they physically arrive into your life.

Wayfair, every style, every home. An emotion is the language of the subconscious mind. Like, even with Manifest, actually, my 2-day manifestation event on the 13th and 14th of June. Get to know if you don't know, www.money-fest.uk, shameless plug. But even with that, right, I did the exact same thing because my friend Julie had told me about this amazing company called Watter. They're a Geordie-based company, which means that they're in the Northeast as well. They make cans of still and sparkling water. They brand the cans, they look absolutely amazing. They've got a huge business ethos on sustainability, and I was like, they would be perfect as a sponsor for Manifest. So I mocked up a Manifest brochure, like one of the programs that all the attendees get, and on the front I put their logo, right? Before they'd even agreed to anything, I already had their logo placed onto mock-up versions of the brochure and event materials. Now, not because I was delusional, not because I was pretending that contracts had been signed or anything like that, just because it anchored me into the feeling of it already happening. So it was like I was setting it into motion, and every time I looked at the brochure mockup, me brain started normalising the idea of them being involved. So it shifted us from hoping into expectation. And guess what? Eventually they said yes, and it happened. Honestly, I think that's the key thing that I want you to take away from this episode—that manifestation isn't always about giant rituals or perfectly worded affirmations or sitting meditating on a mountain for 6 hours. A lot of the time it's about creating tiny moments throughout your normal everyday life that repeatedly pull you back into alignment with the person that you're becoming. So another thing that I do actually is that my password for my Mac, my MacBook, my phone, it's a monetary number. It's a monetary number of how much I'm aiming for my business to turn over every single month. Now that keeps me anchored in because every time— you don't understand how many times you unlock your phone or unlock your Mac or unlock your MacBook every single day. You do it a lot. Okay. Especially if you're me. I think on my iPhone, it said I pick up my phone on average 600 times a day. And yeah, I know the majority of the time it picks up with your face and stuff like that. But there is the odd time that I have to put in that monetary amount. So every time I'm putting in those numbers, it is literally anchoring me into the mindset of, okay, what am I going to do to push the needle to earn that amount of money this month? So it keeps me on drive. Okay, so anchors help tip the balance slowly, gently, and consistently. And then over time, consistency changes identity. Something else that's really important when it comes to anchors as well is understanding that your subconscious mind doesn't know the difference between something vividly imagined and something physically experienced over long periods of repetition. This is why athletes visualize, or why actors can emotionally cry on cue, and why people can develop like genuine anxiety symptoms from simply just thinking about a stressful situation that hasn't even happened yet. Now the body just responds to the emotional experience first, doesn't it? And I think once I properly understood this, I became way more intentional about the things that I surrounded myself with and the routines that I repeated, or the emotional states that I was unconsciously rehearsing every single day. Because most people are rehearsing struggle without even noticing. You know, you'll wake up and instantly think about what's gone wrong, or you'll check your bank balance and feel fear, or you'll scroll social media and feel behind, or you'll walk into work already expecting stress. Or you'll hear a notification on your phone and you'll anticipate problems. Or you could even be thinking about money and instantly just feel tension in your chest. When those emotions are repeated over and over again, they start to become familiar. Now your nervous system starts then expecting them. So your body gets good at stress because you've practiced stress daily. And I know that sounds harsh, but honestly, it changed everything for me when I realized that manifestation is less about trying to convince the universe and more about training your mind and body into familiarity with the reality that you actually want. Because your subconscious loves what feels familiar, even if what's familiar is unhealthy. And that's why anchors can be so transformative for people who feel stuck, especially if you're someone who, you know, says things like, "Manifestation works for everyone else but not for me," or, "I can't stay positive," or, "I keep slipping back into fear." Because the goal here isn't to force yourself to be positive 24/7, because that's impossible. The goal is to create little interruption points throughout your day that gently guide you back home to yourself. Like, even now, I notice how certain environments completely change my energy. So if my office feels cluttered or stale or chaotic, then my mind's going to feel cluttered as well. Whereas when I intentionally cleanse the space and I open the windows and I light incense and I put calming music on, suddenly me creativity flows better. And that's why, like, I'm always having a go at the guys in the office. Like, I jokingly go on about it, but I know Julie listens to the podcast, so she gets them whipped. But like, even just leaving little things on the floor, like little bits of paper, I'll jokingly say something, but I'll mean it. Like, can we just hoover this up please? Or can we give this little shelf a dust up here? And sometimes I do get funny looks, as if to say, like, Mart, it's a bit of paper, I think you're being a bit overdramatic. But honestly, it helps my thoughts feel clearer and I feel lighter. And scientifically, there's probably loads happening there psychologically as well, because it does completely change my energy. Your senses are powerful. Smell especially is deeply connected to memory and emotion. So now when I go into my office and I smell Palo Santo or incense burning, my brain instantly associates it with resetting energy, productivity, creativity, spiritual connection. All because I've repeated that pattern so many times, it's become a ritual or an anchor, and my body recognizes it before my conscious mind even catches up. And I think this is why rituals have existed in every culture and civilization through history. Like, humans have always needed, like, symbolic action, haven't we? Whether it's lighting candles in churches or burning incense in temples, Praying before meals. Wedding rings. Christenings. Vision boards. Lucky charms. Carrying photographs in wallets. We naturally attach meaning to physical objects and repeated actions because symbolism helps emotions land deeper within the subconscious mind. And this is why symbolic manifestation items can feel so emotional, like the little house keyring I mentioned earlier when I was manifesting this mortgage. Like, I remember feeling almost embarrassed buying it because logically I was thinking, who do you think you are? You're never going to have this house. And at that point in me life as well, being in so much debt, my financial situation wasn't exactly screaming like homeowner. I had debt, I had stress, and years of believing that owning a house like this probably wasn't realistic for us. But that key ring represented possibility. So every time I picked up me keys, even if only for a split second, subconsciously my brain revisited the feelings attached to that future. So I'd imagine unlocking me own front door, sitting in me own home, feeling secure, feeling like I'd finally made it. And because I revisited those emotions so often and frequently, eventually they stopped feeling impossible and they started feeling normal. Now, that's such a huge part of manifestation that people miss. Your desires can't constantly feel miles away from you emotionally. If your dream life feels completely alien to your nervous system, you're unconsciously going to resist it because the brain associates unfamiliarity with danger. And that's why some people sabotage opportunities without even realizing. You know, people push money away, they struggle to receive compliments, they settle for less than they deserve, because ultimately what it comes down to is that their nervous system hasn't practiced safety within those experiences yet. And this is why I think anchors work so beautifully alongside nervous system regulation, because they create safe repeated exposure to the emotional state that you're trying to get into. So the best anchors, they're not going to feel forceful. They're going to feel natural, gentle, supportive, because they're not there to make you obsess over what you don't have. They're there to help you emotionally connect to what's possible in a way that feels safe and exciting rather than stressful for you. Manifestation should feel expansive. It should feel safe. And sometimes the most powerful anchors aren't even physical objects. Sometimes they're just tiny habits, like saying affirmations in the shower. People always say they don't have time for manifestation work, but the shower is something that probably the majority of us do every single day anyway. So instead of just standing there mentally replaying stress and arguments and worries, start using that moment intentionally. And then over time, the more that you do it, the shower will stop being just a shower and it'll become an emotional reset point in your day. And I think that's what manifestation really is underneath all the fancy terminology that people use online. It's just repeatedly returning to yourself, to that emotional frequency, identity, and nervous system state of the life that you want, until eventually it starts feeling more natural than the old version of you. So without mentioning no names, I've got a friend, for example, that I can think of straight away. And one of the saddest things about her is that she uses anchors against herself unknowingly. Like, she keeps old screenshots from toxic relationships and she repeatedly shows us them over and over again. She keeps clothes that makes her feel terrible about herself, even though she's told us a million times She's surrounded herself with clutter in a house that stresses her out, and then she follows people on social media that triggers her comparison and inadequacy every single day as well. So she's going to keep on replaying old failures constantly in conversation and reinforcing those identities over and over again. That's all anchoring as well. Yeah, sometimes manifestation work is actually less about adding things in and more about just becoming aware of what you're already emotionally attached to. Because if every single object around you reminds you of failure or stress or heartbreak, then your nervous system is never going to be able to fully relax. And if we circle back to the moldavite, I think that's why moldavite became such a powerful anchor for so many people as well, because even before anything physically changes from the moldavite's energy, Like, just holding it often represents a decision. It's like a readiness for change or a willingness to stop settling for second best. So it becomes symbolic of transformation, doesn't it? And when humans emotionally commit to transformation, they start making different choices. Not always consciously either. So they'll apply for the opportunity, or they'll leave the relationship, or they might even start a business or post a video on social media or message a person that they've been wanting to reach out to. They'll finally believe something more could exist for them, and then life will start shifting. Not always overnight, not always perfectly, but the movement will be in motion. So just remember, your life is already full of anchors. The question is whether they are anchoring you in a fear or possibility, because your subconscious mind is always listening. So maybe just start becoming intentional. Maybe attach gratitude to your morning coffee. Maybe light a candle whilst visualizing your future. Maybe buy yourself a symbolic token for the thing that you want, like I was talking about earlier. Maybe use your commute to work for affirmations instead of stress. Stop surrounding yourself with constant reminders of lack and limitation, because manifestation isn't just about what you want, it's about who you repeatedly become in relation to what you want. And the beautiful thing is that tiny consistent shifts really do change lives over time. When I think about like the version of me who was working in the NHS, who felt trapped, burnt out, terrified of risk, you wouldn't even recognize the life that I'm living now. And it didn't change through one giant magical moment either. It changed through thousands of tiny little moments and tiny decisions and emotional shifts. Tiny little anchors repeatedly pulling me back towards possibility instead of fear. So I hope that this episode has really, really helped you out and hit exactly where it needed to. Just before we wrap up, something that I just need to quickly mention is that I am balls deep in Plan and Manifest at the minute, and I mean absolutely balls deep. We've just had— we've had some experiences booked, shall we say. We'll call them experiences. I don't want to give you the lowdown yet because I want them to be a surprise on the weekend, but there's going to be 2 or 3 experiences on the weekend anyway that you can get involved in, as well as the workshops, as well as the speakers. And I would love for you to come. We have, I think it's less than 20 tickets available, so please head on over to www.manny-fest.uk. I'll leave the link in the show notes for this episode. Alternatively, if you find me on Instagram, I'm @Kanni crystals, click on the link in my bio and you'll see under events it'll say Manifest 2026. Click on there, you can get tickets there as well. But please, if you are wanting to come, this is probably going to be the final week before they sell out. So please head on over to the website. If you can't make it up to Newcastle, you can also buy the virtual admission ticket, which is just £33 for the whole weekend. You get to watch it from the comfort of your own home and you will absolutely love it. So I hope that you've loved this episode. Feel free to leave me a 5-star review if you think that this, uh, podcast is good enough. I mean, personally, I would say 5-star, but it's totally up to you. Um, but it really does help me and the podcast be seen by other listeners as well, and it helps it to fly up the charts as it usually does. I'm very, very grateful for you listening. Thank you so much. So I hope that you have an amazing week ahead. Have a think about your anchors, have a think about what would bring you back into living more in intentionally, and I'll see you all back next Friday for another episode. Speak soon, guys. Bye!
