This is a YouTube video titled "🎉 Automate Your Office Celebrations with Spinify! 🎉" created in July 2024. The content features a single speaker discussing the challenges of manually ringing a bell to celebrate sales achievements in an office and promotes using a sales gamification platform like Spinify to automate and personalize recognition with dynamic messages and AI, enhancing visibility and motivation.
Do you have a bell in your office and you get people to go up and ring it? I did and I couldn't get people to ring it so then I put another bell in and I still couldn't get people to ring it. Some people will go up there and ring it like ding and no one even hears it. Other people just don't ring it at all. The solution is to automate it. Use a sales gamification platform to automate that process to play their song. Even better still have something like Spinify that will dynamically change that message of what they're doing for the achievement as opposed to just saying Freddy just closed this deal making it change every single time and now we use AI to actually use words to speak to that person on the TV that they just did something and it'll always be there, loud, proud and in front of everyone. So much better than trying to make people ring that bell.
