This is a YouTube video titled "🎯 Boost Employee Motivation with Spinify! 🎉" containing a motivational talk or presentation from August 29, 2024, discussing how Spinify helps companies boost employee motivation by recognizing achievements and goals publicly among peers, regardless of whether physical prizes are awarded.
Do you have a culture that just doesn't give out prizes, doesn't award their staff? Well, that's fine, because most of the companies that use Spinify don't. And why? Because what it's really about is the kudos for the rep to win. And it's not even just about winning. It's the kudos for the rep to hit their target, to hit their goal. And that goal could be as an individual, or that goal could be in a team, or that goal could be holistic goal for the whole of the company. But what it's about is hitting those goals and filling that yay. And that yay is also in front of their peers, which is even more important. So that's why it doesn't really matter whether you give something or you don't.
