This is a YouTube video titled "Boost Staff Engagement with Sales Gamification" containing a monologue or presentation focused on strategies to increase employee engagement through the use of leaderboards and sales gamification products. The speaker discusses practical ways to display performance data to motivate staff and encourage competition. The content is from February 2025.
Looking for a way to engage your staff. Do your staff seem bored? They're not really doing anything and they're just sitting there. Put a leaderboard on a tv. Make it easy for them to see the data. The data that you have that you might talk about once a week, once a month, put it on a tv and get people to compete with the data that you already have, making it so easy for them to see. Are they on target? Instead of just saying, oh, yeah, the month was okay, actually have a target for your staff, for individuals, for the team, for the company as a whole. There's many different ways that you can show it. And with a product, a sales gamification product, you can quickly slice and dice it and create those competitions and make it fun.
