You just need to set it up and say when they do this thing, whatever that trigger point is, it could be when they close a deal, it will recognize them on the desktop, on TVs, within the app, within teams, within Slack, all over the place. They'll be recognized and they'll feel recognised. But the most important part of that recognition also for the rep, is it's in front of their peers. And because it's in front of their peers, that means so much more to them. And as a manager it's constantly hard to try and go to someone, yeah, well done, well done, well done. And the moment you miss someone, it breaks the door. So automating recognition is a crazy good thing to do for success in sales.
