Mia and other Spinify team members walk through setting up and launching a channel in the My Spinify platform. The tutorial covers creating a channel, adding content, and getting it live across devices.
Hi, everyone, it's Mia here from spinify. And today I'm going to walk you through exactly how easy it is to set up a channel in your My Spinify account.
So you'll start off in your MySpinify dashboard. And the first thing we're going to do is come over here and click.
On the channels icon.
From there, we'll click on Create Channel. Okay, so the first step is to enter the name for your channel. So you can either choose Sidekick for this option or. Or you can enter your own name. I'm going to go ahead and select.
Sidekick for this demonstration.
So you can see as I make.
My selection, it automatically fills in the name section.
Next, if you have an RSS feed ticker, you can go ahead and add in the URL for this as well. So this will show like a new style banner rolling along the bottom of.
The channel once it's all created.
And if you have a private URL for your TV in the office, then you can also add that here as well.
So this is an IP address you can add in. Otherwise you can go ahead and skip that if you're not planning on presenting.
It on the tv or if you're.
Just going to log in each time.
And now we can add your Spinify data to your channel. This could be competitions, achievements, messages, prize wheels. Add as many as you like, or you can add all the screens to the channel if you prefer. Once you've added everything onto the screen.
That you would like, you can go.
Ahead and rearrange your options by dragging.
Them through the list. Or you can also click on shuffle screens and that will do the shuffling for you.
And then once you're happy with that, scroll up to the top and click on Create Channel. So here we have our new channel. So if we want to go ahead and launch that, we just select this TV icon here. And here is our channel. As you can see, we have a few screens on the channel already, and.
That will help us keep track of all of our data in Spinify.
So you can launch these channels onto.
Your Office tv and you can also launch them into your Microsoft Teams instance.
If you have that, or simply have.
Them open on desktop.
