Mia from Spinify walks through setting up performance grids in MySpinify to track team progress and identify coaching needs. The tool lets you monitor where your team stands and spot gaps in real time.
Hi everyone, it's Mia here from spinify and today I'm going to show you how you can set up a performance grid in your MySpinify account. So performance grids are an excellent way for you to keep track of your team's progress, make sure they are progressing to the areas that you want them to be. So let's take a look. So to create a performance grid, we're just going to start from our MySpinify dashboard. We jump over here into coaching. Then we have performance grids and then create performance grid. So you can choose to either use Sidekick to create the performance grid name and description or you can choose one of your own. I'm going to go ahead and choose Sidekick and then we've got our activity leaderboards and our outcome leaderboards. So an activity leaderboard will be anything that you know it could be, could be sales that are being made at the moment and outcome leaderboards could be revenue that are made from those sales, for example. So then just go through and select any leaderboards that are connected to the activities you want to track and then any outcome leaderboards for the activities that you want results from. Now you can toggle your preferences. So these are the different category or quadrants that your team will land into and then the coaching tips associated with those quadrants. So as you can see, we already have these pre filled, but you can go ahead and customize them if you would like to. Just keeping in mind that the way that it works is the best quadrant for your team to be in is the top. Right. So this is the Rainmaker quadrant by default. So you know that one needs to be exactly where you want all your team to be. Then we have our caretaker which is those who are on their way to that status of being elevated, of being elevated to Rainmaker. And then we have our snoozer, which are those who are falling behind and the hackers who are a bit of a detriment to the team and maybe need to be re evaluated in their role. So once you're happy with all of that, we just come up to the top here and click on Create performance grid. So now your performance grid has been created, you can have a look at it using the eye here. And you can see that with our performance grid, most of our team are in the Rainmaker column, which is great, but you can see that there is a straggler who may need some additional coaching or training to help elevate them to the level that you want them to be at. So it's a really awesome way to track where everyone is sitting in the team and perhaps who needs a little bit of an extra helping hand. And you can also come over here to show the coaching tips and this will show those tips that I showed you just before when we're creating the performance grid. So we've got our caretaker, hacker, Snoozer and Rainmaker. So down here we have our activity ratio so you can get a little bit more of an idea of how everyone's performing and that's about it. Simple as that. So there you have a nice easy way for you to track your progress visually. You can also share these with your team.
