Everyone's talking about cutting software. Got to get your costs down. There's one bit of software you shouldn't cut, which is the sales gamification software, the software that recognizes your staff. Cutting that could be a disaster. You want staff to feel recognized. Hiring people is hard. You want them to stay, and you want them to feel happy. So using a sales gamification platform that has strong recognition in it is a way to keep your staff, to motivate them, and to get stuff. So. So when you're looking at cutting software, take that off the list. It shouldn't be on there. Your staff, your culture is incredibly important, and you need to focus on it to get the impact that your business is trying to achieve.
