Do you have one rep that's just better than everyone else? And you just always try and make everyone like that rep. But no matter what you do, there's just this big gap. Stop trying. They are who they are, and that's why they are. What you should focus on is the middle and then ultimately try and shift them closer to that person. Which normally comes down to activities. Put it on a tv, create a leaderboard about the activities, and then get everyone to run on those activities and celebrate when they do something. But focus on the middle. It's the greatest way to grow. Instead of trying to get everyone to be like that top person, it doesn't happen. Focus on the middle.
