Coaching and gamification together are extremely powerful solution. Let me explain to you what's out in the universe at the moment. So there's the ones that just you've got to figure out the questions to have with your staff in the one on one. You then have to have the meetings and then you have to put it all in. It's really like a calendar, but they call it coaching. Then the next one is that they use AI to figure out the questions for you. But then you've got to go have all those meetings and then put all that data in and then still go figure out figure it all out. In our solution, we use AI to create all the questions for you based on the data. So it's going to ask better one on one questions than you ever could. We then use our video AI to actually have the meeting with the reps so you don't even have to do it. And then we train the reps on the things that they should be doing.
