How to Analyze & Improve Your Team's Performance

Alex from Spinify walks through how to use leaderboard graphs to track team performance and spot where people need coaching. The tool shows you who's hitting targets and who's falling behind, so you can coach smarter instead of guessing.
Hey there, it's Alex, your customer success manager here at spinify. I want to make sure that you're not just getting the most out of your team using spinify, but that you're also getting the most out of our platform overall. In this quick video, I want to show you how you can use leaderboard graphs to analyze and improve your team's performance. So we're going to want to start on the My spinify dashboard here. Locate and click on the competition that you want to analyze. Here we have the overview page, and as you can see, there's a bunch of graphs to look at, so we'll break each one down. The average percentage to target graph shows the sum of every participant's percentage to target divided by the total number of participants over the entire life cycle of the competition. If your competition is reoccurring, this will also include the results of any previous competitions. Just next to it we have the targets reached. So this graph will show the number of participants who actually hit their target on the previous versions of the competition. Here you can see an accumulation of your points in the competition over time and your current rank just next to that. Underneath you'll see the Targets v Actuals overview, where you can view every participant's actual data and see how it's faring against the target over the entire life cycle of the competition, again, including previous versions. So if we scroll down a little further and expand this section, we've got the target, the actuals of the individual player team. So this graph shows the individual team or players progress over the entire life cycle of the competition, including previous versions. As you can see, these graphs make it super simple to identify performance trends, allowing you to discover and quickly act on coaching opportunities within your team. I hope you enjoyed this walkthrough and that you learned something new. Thank you for watching. I'll talk to you soon. Bye.
