Hi, it's Mia from Spitify and today I'm going to show you how by adding just a little bit of fun and friendly competition, you can motivate your team to boost their performance, hit their targets and crush their KPIs. So today I'll walk you through how to set up a competition in your MySpinify account. We're going to look at the race style competition which is a super fun way to motivate your team and track performance progress. So once you're logged in, the first thing you need to do is to come over here and click on the competitions icon and then click Create Competition. So as you can see we have a whole range of different competition types so just scroll through and find the one that will meet your needs and then click on Create. And we've also got a whole bunch of different competition designs so you can click depending on what it is you're wanting to display. You can choose one that may display your goal target, the number of revenue coming in. You can choose.
