This is a YouTube video titled "How to SELL Anything (Sales Tips & Tricks)" containing a monologue or talk focused on sales strategies, specifically emphasizing the importance of both calling and emailing prospects to improve connection rates. The speaker advises sales reps to use both methods, including video emails, to engage potential clients effectively. The content is instructional and aimed at improving sales techniques.
In sales, Is it better to call them or is it better to email them? The answer is both. So many times I see people that just email constantly and never call, and then I see the other people that just make lots and lots of calls, but never ever email. You should always email and call them. If you call them, email them, email them, then call them. Always do both. You got such a better chance of connecting. And that's what sales is really about is connecting. Then if you just do one, you should connect with them by doing, calling them and emailing them. And then with the emails, you should put a video in there. Use something like Loom. It's incredibly easy to make a video, and that's just a far more engaging way for them to get back to you. So with your sales reps, always get them to call and email, not both. It happens all the time. All the time. And just when you think you fixed it, it breaks again. But it's something you just got to keep on focusing on getting everyone to call and email.
