This is a YouTube video titled "James Hawley + Spinify - Using Spinify to engage their team" featuring James Hawley, CEO of NextPath Career Partners, discussing how Spinify has helped motivate and engage his recruitment team through gamification and customization. The content is a testimonial-style presentation about the benefits of using Spinify for team motivation and sales engagement.
I'm James Hawley, CEO of NextPath Career Partners. We're a national recruitment firm focused on IT sales, marketing, finance and accounting, helping businesses find the right people for their open roles. You know, Spinify has been a great addition to our product set. It's allowed us to take things that were offline and bring them online. And it's really become an intricate motivational tool for our team that, quite honestly, I don't think they could live without at this point. One of the key benefits that we've seen with Spinify is really the engagement of our teams. They know if they just did some activities and their name is jumping up on the leaderboard, you know, they wait for that kudos that they get for rising up a couple spots right to number one. It creates a really cool but, you know, competitive environment, but very friendly. One of the really cool features of Spinify is how much you can customize it. We have a weekly contest that we run and so everyone had basically it was a pond and everybody was a duck floating on a raft. People were cracking up when they saw it, and that's something that we can change every single week. So we keep it fresh, keep it interesting. Nothing gets stale. So we love all the customization that the product provides to us. Yeah, I think if you're shopping around and considering Spinify or looking at some gamification, some way of driving and motivating your sales team, 100% would recommend Spinify. I've looked at a lot of different products out there ad nauseam, and ultimately, for the price point, for the support and the product customization and all the versatility and how well it's worked, hands down, I would recommend Spinifying.
