In this instructional video, Mia (Speaker A) and a co‑presenter (Speaker B) demonstrate Spinify’s Tasks feature within the MySpinify platform. They explain that Tasks help users stay on top of upcoming work and that admins can assign tasks to team members. The walkthrough shows how to create a personal task via the Coaching icon, fill in required details, and add it to the task list. It then covers updating a task’s status, using the three‑dot menu to change its state, and applying a color‑coding system to reflect status. The presenters also illustrate how an admin can assign a task to another player by navigating to the Scorecard, selecting the player, and following the same creation steps. The video concludes with a brief call to action encouraging viewers to like, subscribe, and book a free personalized demo on spinify.com.
Hi everyone, it's Mia here from spinify and today I'm going to talk you through another awesome coaching tool, and that is Tasks. So tasks are great for when you want to keep up to date or on top of upcoming things that you need to take care of. As an admin, you can also set tasks for other players so that you can ensure that they are also keeping up to date and on track.
So from your MySpinify account, the first thing you want to do to set a task for yourself is to jump into the Coaching icon. Then we come down here into the Task section and we can click on View all tasks. So here we can click on Create Task and you still in the information as required. Once you're happy with the information you popped in, just click on Create Task. So now you can see that it has been added to the list and you can go ahead and either update or complete that as you need to. So just click on the three vertical dots here next to Action and click on Connect. For example, you may be now working on this particular issue, so you can go to working on it. If you have a color coding system, then you can change the color to whichever color is associated with that particular status or item. Once that's all updated, just click on Update and that's now been updated accordingly. So to create a task for someone else, the process is more or less the same. We jump here into the Scorecard section, select the player you would like to create a task for. Again select Coaching and down to view all tasks. So we can click Create Tasks and follow the exact same steps that we
have just previously done for yourself.
And there you have a very easy
way that you can keep track of activities for yourself and also for your players. Don't forget to like this video and subscribe to our channel for more content. If you're new here, jump over to spinify.com and book your free personalized demo today. I'll see you again soon.
