A sales trainer breaks down how to handle objections on calls. Most salespeople respond wrong, missing the real reason a prospect says no. Understanding what's actually blocking the deal is how you turn it around.
Yeah, I don't know. Yeah. Have you ever seen someone do that on a call? When it comes to getting an objection, it is either that or the salesperson's just going okay. So all they do is just say okay. They say okay. They don't go down and find out what the Egyptians about. And then the other, the third thing that crazy things that people do when they get an objection is, is they actually thank someone. So it may be, well, we can't do it now, but maybe in six months. Thank you so much for letting me know. Why are you thanking them? They've just told you they're not going to do something with you. When you get an objection, it's about trying to understand why it exists and what do you got to do to change it to turn it around and can you turn it around? And if you can turn it around, you can do a deal. Objections are an important part of selling. Make sure you handle them.
