Make competitions within a few seconds and then get them to compete so they can see where they sit and compete with their peers. Celebrate when they do something. When they do something great. Celebrate when they do something small. But constantly keep celebrating so it's all about them. The easiest way to motivate a sales team to get them to do something and it's just one word. Visible. Make the data visible and fun. This is so much better than a report in Salesforce or HubSpot or an Excel or Google sheet. Dynamic content changing based on what's happening all around them. Competitions are the key.
