MIA from Spinify walks through setting up playbooks in MySpinify, a feature that uses pre-configured competitions, messages, and achievements to simplify goal setting and KPI tracking for teams.
Hi, it's MIA from Spinify. So it's time to set your goals and metrics. But perhaps you don't know where to start. Luckily, Spinify has the perfect solution that takes the hard work and guesswork out of setting the metrics and targets for your team. In today's video I'll walk you through how to set up a playbook in your MySpinify account. These are pre configured competitions, messages and achievements set to particular targets and metrics according to your goal, industry or role. Taking the guesswork out of setting up KPIs rightio. So to create a playbook, the first thing you want to do is to jump over here into the Playbooks icon. Next, select the playbook that works for you. So this could be a playbook by goal or you may have one by your industry or one according to the role. So today I'm going to set one by goal and we're going to go with staff onboarding. So the first thing you want to do is select your users. If you have offices set up, then you can narrow the users down or just simply select the users from the list. I'm going to add all the users into this particular playbook and now you can select your integration. If you've already got an integration set up with Spinify, then go ahead and select the integration from the drop down box. Otherwise select Spinify and that will go off the spinify gamification points. I'm going to select Google Sheets and my sheet and create Playbook. So now in the background it will go through and set up different leaderboards, messages and achievements based on that particular type of playbook I selected. So in this, in this case it was an onboarding goal. So we can go through now and have a look at what has been set up. So we have Crushing the dials which was set up from this playbook. We also have a bunch of inspirational messages that have been set up to keep our team on their toes and help them feel motivated. And then we also have our competitions. So now we can see we have a couple of competitions that have come in. So we've got our lessons completed competition. Then we have lessons completed by team and we've also got onboarding tasks. So those three have come in from that particular playbook and I don't have to worry about setting any metrics up myself. They're all there, already set up and good to go. Wow.
