This is a YouTube video titled "PRD Nationwide Success with Spinify" featuring Ainsley Driver from PRD Real Estate in Bundaberg, Queensland, Australia, recorded in August 2020. Ainsley discusses how their real estate office uses Spinify's leaderboard system to foster competition and improve team culture across multiple office locations and departments, including sales and property management.
Hi, my name is Ainsley Driver, I'm from PRD Real Estate in Bundaberg, Queensland, Australia and we've been using Spinify for over a year now. So Spinify for us being a real estate office obviously is very competitive. We also use it for our property management as well as our sales. So we've found that being able to tailor, make different leaderboards has been really great for our office environment, our culture and our team to be able to compete with one another. And it doesn't really matter what level it's on, it just depends on which way you want to play the game. So the leaderboards for us are probably one of the main things that we use. We have multiple screens set up in our offices, so I have multiple location satellite offices as well as our lunchrooms. So it allows to keep not just one office but also multiple offices and people that don't come in on a day to day. It just allows them to compete and see where they're sitting throughout the month. With has been really awesome and it's a really good talking point around during lunch times or even our sales or property management meetings. I'm a salesperson myself, so I'm not just the owner, but being able to compete with my staff, but also our staff members. Being able to knock off the owner off the perch of being number one, it might be in sales or it could be a part of our appraisals just makes it a lot of fun. We also use it our property management department which we have a weekly meeting and we've actually made it almost a little bit game orientated, which means that the property managers basically are able to compete via phone calls or it might be new managements or leased amount of properties, even maintenance and things like that. So it allows them all to just have a bit of fun, throw away your whiteboard and get into the digital era. Your salespeople will love it and it's a great way to have competition started within your team.
