Radius Payment Solutions Success with Spinify

Colin Peters, communication director at Radius Payment Solutions, explains how Spinify's gamification system motivates their sales and customer service teams. Real-time leaderboards and interactive features boosted engagement and transformed their sales culture while keeping costs low and setup simple.
Hi, I'm Colin Peters, I'm the communication director for Europe. I work at Radius Payment Solutions and we've been using Spinify for over a month. Our sales culture in Radius is, you know, we have obviously telesales, which is our main way of selling, and these people are on the phone day in and day out and it gets very cumbersome, you know, and somewhat tiring. And we wanted some way to uplift those people in the office, including customer service and to have this system, this gamification system, it really adds, you know, every day we can add something different. We can update the wall boards, we can welcome new people into the business. We've been told by the managers, you know, the sales agents and the customer service agents always look at those screens just to see who's at the top place. And have they moved up that leaderboard and have we had more active customers? And what I like about Spinify, there's so many different areas. So I'm going to start with the five star support. It's been fantastic, the onboarding, holding our hand, taking us through the processes. I love the idea where the managers can get involved. You can download an app so the managers can automatically send things to the screens. It's so easy to use. We learned it within three hours of training. And the other thing is it's real time. You know, the screens get updated if somebody overtakes somebody else. Leaderboard, it says well done to that person. The reason, you know, to use Spinify is first of all, it's cost effective and that's the first thing. We've looked at other systems and the implementation costs have been a lot. So that's the first thing. It's easy to set up and you're up and going in a week. But more importantly is it creates a competitive character of your salespeople. No one wants to be at the bottom of this. Of the leaderboards, they're interactive, they're always updating and the managers can get involved as well utilizing the app. And there's a thing called Gong where they can congratulate somebody for doing anything from their first sale that they've ever made with the business to the top salesman. So those are really the things we love about the system. It's great.
