Reporting on Your Spinify Competitions

Mia and other Spinify team members walk through how to run reports on your competitions, including navigating the dashboard, filtering data, and exporting results.
Hello, it's Mia here from spinify and today we're going to take a quick look at how you can run reports on your spinify data.
So once you've logged into your My.
Spinify account, you will land on your dashboard page. So to jump over to reports, we just click into the analytics icon here.
And then select Reports. So here is our reporting page, so you can narrow this down based on.
Whichever dates you prefer. So you can do a certain amount of months in a time frame or.
Last three months, the next three months.
If you want to do a predictive report, month to month, this month, previous months, or you can set up your.
Own custom date range.
And this section here will show you.
How many competitions have run within that time frame that you've selected, as well as how many admins have set up those competitions.
This next section will show you how many of those competitions have individual targets.
And and how many had group targets. So in this particular case, all the competitions that have run in this account.
In the last three months all had the same target for everyone.
This next section will show you how many of the competitions were team based.
And how many were user based.
And now we have how many competitions ran per month. So you can have a breakdown of what the numbers look like each month.
This next section here will show you.
What it is that you are running competitions on. So these are the metrics that you are setting up in each of your competitions.
So it may be call sales, revenue, house listings, whatever it is that you.
Are actually making your competitions on. This is where it will show that information. So you can see in this particular.
Account, the main focus here is sales and followed by meetings and so on and so forth.
So this last section here of the.
Competitions report will show you what your recurring type is, whether it be daily, weekly, monthly, or you may have null.
And that means you've run a one off competition that did not recur.
You can also expand each section by selecting this maximize button here.
And you can also download as a CSV file. So if you wanted to do that you can view summary data. So this will show you even more of a breakdown of what the data is. Or you can export the CSV and it will come up into a spreadsheet for you.
So that's that super duper easy, am I right?
