This is a YouTube video titled "The Future of Gamification in 2025: AI's Game-Changing Role" featuring Matt Bullock sharing his predictions about the increasing role of AI in gamification, focusing on coaching automation, personalized messaging, and improved competition management, recorded in January 2025.
My predictions for 2025 and gamification are as follows. AI will play a bigger part. There's still players out there that haven't launched it. By the end of the year, people will either have AI or they'll be gone. And this AI will definitely be leaning more towards coaching and the automation of the coaching. The automation of the gamification helping the admin build better competitions, understand the data better, and ultimately drive results, resulting in happier staff that have custom messages to them that are highly personalized about what they're trying to do with their goals. It's a very exciting time with AI and gamification. We're super pumped for all these changes that are many of them are here right now. Lots to come.
