This is a YouTube video titled "The Office Makeover That Changes Everything" containing a monologue or presentation discussing how businesses can motivate their sales staff by using office TVs to display competitions, company events, and recognitions to improve company culture. The content is from November 18, 2024, and focuses on practical office engagement strategies.
Most businesses are trying to figure out how they motivate their sales staff to do more. And most businesses have a TV sitting on a wall with not doing much of anything, mostly turned off. Sometimes you got the sports on it. What's the best thing to do with that TV is chuck competitions on it. Gamify your staff, motivate them, tell them things like Happy Birthday, tell them company events that are happening, create competitions, and then recognize them when they set those achievements all on the TV that you've got sitting on the wall somewhere in your office that you're not using. It's really simple to go ahead and chuck something on your TV that changes your company culture forever.
