Hey guys. Jacques. Reaching out from Spinify. I want to give you a couple of quick tips on how you can optimize your gamification strategy to ensure success with the team. Step 1 Decide where you're going to pull your data from. You can jump into your settings and use any of the 30 connections we have available, whether that be a dynamic CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot, all the way down to middleware like Zapier, or even simplified using Google Excel Sheet. And pull all that information into the system, all with the idea of giving you flexibility to make sure that you're measuring the correct data for your team. From there, let's focus on what our business need or goal is. Are we looking to clear out a pipeline with who can get the most NOS activity? Are we looking to drive activity by getting more calls, leads qualified, or even if we're looking for some big deals, let's jump into a Shark Week competition, focus on getting a lot of revenue on the board asap. Once you have that established, you're able to really focus in on your reps and how you're going to coach them to achieve these specific goals and and utilize the information that they're seeing. You can utilize a couple of different things. One of my favorite ones is the ability to create tasks for your reps. This can be anything from how many meetings they're booking all the way over to some specific revenue goals. You can have those meetings booked there. Keep things very simple, let them focus on one particular KPI at a time, set a due date so that there's some accountability there as well and then communicate with them. Is is this a new task? Is this something they're working on? If they get stuck, they have the ability to raise that flag with you. Now you have the opportunity to collaborate a little bit more and personally as well. One of the key things that I would say is make sure that you're rewarding early and consistently. This will give you an idea of what your reps are claiming as prizes that are based in the system, fully customizable to you as well. Whether that be cash based gift cards, company swag, anything of that nature and you can take a look at who your top player, performers or your top reps are, how consistently are they redeeming prize, what's their point value? How can you help coach and make them better? So a couple of things to think about. Looking forward to chatting with you guys soon.
