This is a YouTube video titled "Transform Your Sales Team with Engaging TV Dashboards" containing a monologue or presentation from December 2024 discussing strategies to motivate sales teams by displaying data on TVs with engaging, well-designed dashboards that use gamification techniques to increase visibility and interest. The speaker emphasizes the importance of design and animation for effective engagement.
If you've got a sales team and you just stuck trying to motivate, trying to get them excited about the data, best thing to do is take the data, put it on a tv. On a TV with a design that you can actually see on a TV that when you stand at the back of your office, you can still read it on a TV that is animating, engaging and uses lots of gamification techniques to get people to look at it. That's the big difference. So people have put stuff on tvs, you can put a Google sheet on a tv, but it looks terrible and people don't engage. There's lots and lots of things that we do that make the difference to the TV and how engaging it is. So when you look at solutions, just make sure they're doing the right stuff on the TV to ultimately engage the reps.
