Matt Bullock shows how to rename Spinify's default tiers (Beetle, Butterfly, Mouse) to match your company culture, like Rookie, Rising Star, or Legend. Use Spinify Sidekick AI to generate tier names, add matching images, and automate team celebrations when someone gets promoted.
Your company has personality. Your tiers should too! In Spitify, tiers are more than just ranks. They're a chance to make recognition fun, motivating, and totally you! Try this: Customize your tier names to match your company's vibe. Instead of the default Beetle, Butterfly, Mouse, and so on, try Rookie, Rising Star, Legend, etc. Add images and themes for a little flair. Whatever fits your culture. Can't think of ideas? Don't worry! Spinify Sidekick AI can take your ideas up a notch or even suggest ideas to you. Make each tier mean something. Tie tier changes to an automated achievement celebration so the whole team can cheer on every time someone moves up a tier. When your tiers reflect your personality, recognition feels real and progress feels personal. So go ahead, make Spinify reflect your team, because motivation should never be one-size-fits-all.
