This is a YouTube video titled "Turn Office TVs into Motivation Hubs" containing a monologue or presentation from March 11, 2025, discussing how to use office TVs effectively by integrating sales gamification, corporate messages, and recognition to motivate teams. The content features a single speaker sharing ideas on enhancing workplace engagement through TV displays.
I've said it before, there's so many people with the TV in their office. They have the tv, but they've got sports on. Or normally, you know, it's like this, it's just turned off. And if it's turned off, it's not doing anything. What you want to do is hook it up to a sales gamification platform, create competitions. Now, on top of that, you can put messages in there, corporate messages, the barbecue that's going to happen, the happy birthday messages, the. The work anniversaries, lots and lots of other corporate type messages, the weather, lots and lots of things on top of the competitions. But ultimately, you want to run competitions on TV and celebrate people with recognition when they do something. This is a great way to motivate your team today.
