This is a YouTube video titled "Understanding the Spinify Performance Grid" containing a single speaker explaining how the Spinify performance grid works by matching activities to outcomes to evaluate team member performance. The speaker describes different performance scenarios and their implications for coaching and team fit. The content is instructional and focused on performance management using Spinify data.
Want to know about the spinify performance grid. What it does is we match outcomes versus activities. So the more activities someone's doing and then the more outcomes they're doing. The top of the grid they are. Now, what's the opposite of that? Someone who's not really doing activities and doesn't have the outcomes down the bottom. And that's someone who possibly is not the right person for your team. And then as you go up with someone who's doing lots of activities but they're not getting any outcomes, they're up here. That's someone who really needs some coaching so they can move across. And then down the very bottom of the grid is someone who's getting lots of outcomes. For example, they're closing lots of deals, but they're not doing any activities. That's what we call a hacker. Someone there is not using the CRM, not following the process, and they need a warning to help them get up to the top off the grid. Outcomes versus activities. Really simple, but a fantastic way to use the data within spinify.
